Mary DCould not use trailer due to smoke coming from wheels while towing Staff at location during pickup were rude and argumentative towards me claiming it would be 235$ instead of my 165$ I already paid then upon hookup of the trailer nobody checked over the trailer and a ramp came out while leveling the parking lot absolutely disappointed with this location will not order anything from them again I returned the trailer less then 24hours after renting it on a 3day rental due to condition worst experience I’ve had with U-Haul
Christopher CWhen I received the keys to the truck all the windows were badly covered, probably in pollen. It gave me the impression this truck had not been used in quite awhile. Also, I felt the truck had not been prepped to be rented out. Just given the keys. During my one way trip an oil indicator msg appeared advising engine was low on oil and to add oil. Other than these two matters the truck ran well.
FRANK CNeed to double check truck days. I was shorted a day base on one way miles. But I think the system was missing up. So that might have something to do with it.
