Made my initial rental request with South Willow U-Haul and when I came to pick it up there was no unit available was sent to Hooksett U-Haul for my trailer needs. The overall experience at Hooksett U-Haul was fine and they did have the unit. All went well.

No suggestions, the guys were awesome. Extremely courteous and very attentive! I also want to add that while I was waiting my turn to check out, the day manager (I think his name was Tom? I know his last name was definitely Shupe.). .... Anyway, he helped a man with an oxygen tank who is struggling just walk across the room load up his car with many items that the man had purchased. I was very impressed. Additionally I always go there in the summer to fill my propane! Good job everyone!

My experience with the women at the front desk during pickup was inconvenient, unprofessional and I will probably never use U-Haul again for this reason.

The uhaul gas gauge did not work the entire time that I had it so it was very stressful traveling 800 plus miles not knowing if I was going to run out of gas. I did not realize this gauge issue until after it was loaded and had left for the move.

The lady working was not friendly and did not exude great customer service nor did she represent Uhaul well. First, her appearance was unkept. When we walked into the store she ignored us for awhile before she made her way to the desk. Once at the next, she gave us an immediate attitude. I could tell we were "bothering" her by being customers. There had been a mixup with my pickup location (they didn't have any trucks at the location I wanted) and I had received a voicemail earlier in the week that additional miles would be added. The lady told me they were on the account, but it was displaying the information of the number of miles when I first booked (before the switch). She was arguing with me and I decided to let it go. She also had no account of my dropoff location which I had placed when reserving. And wasn't clear that she wanted an emergency contact, she just asked for a phone number. Now the really rude part came when she pulled the truck up. She got out of it and I was standing near the customer entrance and she walked briskly right by me without saying anything. I had to ask her as she was passing me if I was good to go. She said "yep" with an attitude and didn't even stop or turn around to say it. I received no introductory about the truck or rules of driving it. I would NEVER go back based on this. I called the customer service line after to explain my experience. They did give me the extra miles. But based on the overall experience, I would have gone with another company that was cheaper. I only picked them because the pickup location was supposss to be closer to me...

Strange how the review questions only concern the location and cleanliness of the truck. The location was fine. My issue is with the truck not being there at 10 am. I was told it was being gassed up and would be there in about 10 minutes. It wasn’t there until 11. And was in the return spot (which means it was rented out and NOT just being gassed up) This hour delay caused me to lose 3 people who were going to help me move, which delayed us even later for an out of state move

Girl at the counter was very professional and tried to be as fast as she could even though she was stuck on the phone with someone who was trying to set up their WIFI or something (yeah wrong place buddy) either way.........once off the phone this chick stepped into high gear looked at my gas, grabbed my dolly, looked at the truck and said u owe nothing......I said for real and she was like yes!!!! I said thank you hopped in my ride like whoa!!!!!! Boss man say thank you because she multitasked like a laundromat owner during a drought......just think about it....

Blankets and dolly were not in van when picked up, but deducted when vehicle returned. Only one person working on a busy Sat-Sun seems inadequate. Vehicle itself was top notch......

My concern was that I returned it today 3/17/18 and it was after 11 am and I was not told that it need to be before eleven I was just told today. I am severely pissed off that I had to pay an extra 60 dollars for being only a few hours late. Especially when your worker failed at informing me to be back by 11. Was even more concerned about the hateful worker who processed my return she was very rude. She told me that they couldn't even find me or that I was supposed to be returning there and then when she charged me extra she gave me another customers reciept. I am very dissatisfied with my service as well as the bullshit 10 dollar enviromental fee that prepaid for and then had to pay a second time when I picked up the u-haul. I demand a refund for the extra day that I was charged especially because of the terrible and rude service that I received upon my return at your store. Next time I will use a different rental truck such as penske if this is not made right.

The woman working did a great job but I took forever to get a trailer because she had to help everyone by herself. Maybe on the weekends makesure to have two or three people on. I mean that is when everyone has time to move...
