The lady at the desk never wrote put my drop off location so I was charged a fee for bringing the uhaul exactly where I said I was going to they all only gave me 30 miles for a 50 mile one way drive... I feel like I was taken advantage of I also never received a paper contract and I find it very unsettling that she used a cell phone to take pictures of my license when I came to pick up the truck

There was confusion with the clerks regarding which vehicle I was supposed to take. The final receipt didn't reflect the vehicle I ended up renting and as a result I was charged more money than I should have been.

It took over a half hour before I drove off the lot with the truck, after completing the application on-line to save time. Unfortunately, other people in front of me had not. So much for trying to be efficient.

The on-line check in process was ridiculously time consuming and the keys to my vehicle were not in the lock box outside which meant I had to go inside and wait in the already long line I was hoping to avoid.

At the time of our rental reservation we were hit with the midst of a snow storm. Although the weather was horrendous and unexpected and the staff on at the time were working on the second day of new hire training, our experience went flawless. Some of the best person to person management that Iâ€™ve ever seen. Every concern we had was thoroughly explained and any questions answered without having the feeling of being rushed along or pushed through because of the overflow volume of customers. It felt like a place where you would want to work and be a part of. There wasnâ€™t a weak link in the staff at all. Great job

Very slow service, we waited for quite awhile even though we did everything online. Manger talks way too much. When we returned the truck, he was in the middle of waiting on a customer but she was not at the register. Who knew? He acted like I should have known he was waiting on a customer. He was rude. No customer service at this location. The man who did the inspection on the truck was pleasant. When you are moving, you want quick service.

We rented the truck to move my daughter to a new apartment. We had a small window of time for the move. My daughter and her grandfather picked up the vehicle. When they returned to her home to begin moving they found the vehicle filled with UHaul equipment. When we spoke to the manager we were told that it was really on us to check the vehicle. I think it is fair to say that one rents a vehicle to move that said vehicle would be empty. We received a partial credit but will never utilize this location again. We should have been refunded the full amount.

rented online for concord reservation accepted, get a call next day don't have the equipment have to add 30 miles to get equipment needed that was a hassle added extra time to a long day also the online 24 hours checkout was a pain having to take pictures and work through the app sucked the guys at north manchester uhaul were really nice and the equipment was clean and worked well would use that location next time even though the concord location is 2 minutes from my house
