Had to wait 45 minutes at the pick up location for someone to help me because there was only one person working! Then at your drop off location, i parked truck where it says “park equipment here and someone will come out” waited 20 minutes, had to go inside and the only worker was eating and said she just came in from outside and she was warming up so that’s why she didn’t come outside. Unacceptable! Terrible service!

Costumer service is very disappointed his name is Andy Robinson, he serve one costumer and it took him one hour and everyone wait in line for so long. The line is 6 people's and I'm the second person in line. This person need to be fire he can't do this job. This is the worst experience I ever had.

I have been waiting inside the location for more than 5 min and when the manager/responsible showed up I told him in a friendly tone I have been waiting more than 5 minutes. Then he replied angrily and rudely it was only 1 min that I was absent I said check the camera... then told “get out my store now” I got out of that location then went to U-Haul at 151 Linwood at and rented a truck and u-box. This person working at Route 60 location is very rude and has no customers service. Thanks to customers like me that U-Haul is laying his salary.

The customer service representatives was horrible. Upon pulling up to the location there is a sign that clearly states to stop and wait for someone to come outside to help receive vehicle. I sat there waiting for several minutes, partially blocking the driveway area, and nobody came out. When I went inside to inquire, there was a gentleman a the desk that was staring at his phone and wouldn’t even make eye contact to give assistance . I notified him that her vehicle was blocking anyone else from dropping off their truck, and he quickly dismissed me. I had to go back in there again after waiting a few minutes so he can get off his lazy ass and move vehicles out-of-the-way

the truck was a little loud it sounded like it need some oil and the seat didn't adjust well enough to drive it safely and the mirrors were also hard to adjust but other then that my move went well.

Sales associate was incredibly rude. He asked if I filled up the tank and I explained I wanted to do EZ fuel. He then said “What the hell is EZ Fuel?” The associate was clearly new but was also so unprofessional for no reason. Will never go back.

I had a problem upon returning the vehicle the guy at the desk when you give me a receipt and started arguing with me keep saying that I threw the papers at him and said I would be getting it over the Internet well I didn’t rent the vehicle over the Internet I rented it at the office so therefore I should get a receipt but we resolve it in the end

First employee I encountered when picking up truck, was very helpful and friendly. When returning truck, employee appeared "out of it" and unclear/unresponsive to questions and concerns.

After arguing about the road worthyness of the auto transport with the manager I made it to about New Jersey to get gas and trailer had a leak in the tire causing me to stop every three hours and fill it the whole way to South Carolina and back. This cost me at least three hours of my life !!!!

I parked the truck, brought the keys inside. As I said that I'm dropping off a one way truck, the person behind the desk did not even look at me for a second, asked if the back is cleaned and that's that. Maybe my expectations were wrong since obviously nothing needed to be done as part of my drop-off, but I'd love to be a little more welcome when walking into an establishment. Not even looking up from your phone is not great customer interaction.

I love this place used it earlier too, however, this time I had very bad experience. I went to store to pick up my van at 5:30 PM as per the schedule. But people who went to drop off their trucks parked everywhere and I was unable to take my van. It delayed all my plans. Tried calling customer service and no response at all. They should work on providing enough space for parking the trucks. I know being month it was busy but what happened to me is unacceptable.
