I had lots of issues moving my things out of storage that puts me in a lot of scheduling with them using my UBox but everyone there was amazing from manager to Staff specially Andrew.. made my moving less easier?? TY

Broken lock that wouldnt close so i had to buy my own. Truck wasnt checked before i was given keys.. No walk around so i had to take pics of all damage to protect myself. I will never rent from this location again as im so dissatisfied in the service and vehicles.. Plus i put in exactly how much gas the chart said to to get it to where it was when i got it yet it added more than i needed to. Just all around bad time.

I suggest that the people who are working with customers provide ALL details when renting equipment.....how long you can keep the rental, that you must pick up the rental within 30 minutes of your reservation time.

The Malden location was great. My issue is that I was supposed to return my trailer to the Cambridge location. When I arrived they told me they didn't have room for me. I had to drive an additional 30 minutes each direction to drop the trailer off in Malden.

The location was great and Andrew was very nice to work with picking up my truck. The only suggestion I have for you is with your main website when trying to reserve a vehicle it should really be updated so you can tell right away if there is something available when you need it...my experience with that was a complete fiasco and I would of gone with another company but nobody had any availability.

One thing I don't like is I wanted to pay cash and not put it on my credit card I told him that was how I wanted to pay and I explained that to him he said when I returned it I could pay with cash then when I returned it they said they can't do that was not happy about that at all shouldn't lie to your customers as long as your getting paid it shouldn't matter how it's done he said I could but lied about it not a good way to do business just saying

Van was cigarette smelly not clean in the cab or cargo area. One EE at the counter with MORE THAN 6 Customer in line while another EE was more concerned about a back overhead that was stuck Person was very nice but should have demanded help from his supervisor who should have processed customers with reservations

To improve you can have more the one person on a Sunday morning.....considering it took me 1 hour and 15 min waiting in line, however when I finally got up to the desk the man was very helpful. While I was also waiting in line there was a fight between a customer and a manger (I believe he was) so I guess next time I wont bring my child inside the facility since the F word was dropped 7 times. I think next time I will go to a different location! Have a great day.

Pulled in with my trailer to two very confused attendents who requested I back the trailer into a spot at a 100 degree turn. I have a CDL and am used to this equipment, but in the given spot, this was not possible. I asked if I could utilize the back parking lot to get my vehicle facing the other way, I was met with an annoyed answer. I also suggested that they could disconnect my vehicle as it was, and then simply rotate the trailer using their equipment. Again, an annoyed response.

Have the agent enter the right amount of mileage. Unfortunately I was charged for going 20 miles when I didn't even drive 10. After realizing that the numbers did t match up I immediately called the location only for the agent to tell me that it was my fault not for checking. He put that I took it out with 75 miles when it was actually 79 miles. Don't know if they had this truck rigged.

I have been a loyal UHaul customer for all my moves before and had a great experience each and every time. Unfortunately this time, it wasn't the case. I had booked a UHAUL from 420 Eastern Ave Malden yesterday 6/29. I picked up the truck at about 9 am. The UHaul representative Mr Marc Lundy, I believe was in charge of designating a truck for me to use. He however was uncooperative very rude and disrespectful. He handed over the keys to me and told me here's the truck without indicating which truck was or even hinting in direction it was parked in for that matter. I can understand this time is really busy but that by no means gives any employee the right to ridicule or insult the customer. I thought of finding the truck on my own since he seemed to be busy and I wanted to reduce his load considering the busy time. By the time I got into the truck, he had already left. I couldn't start the truck for about 10 mins, so I went into the office and asked for his help. He was busy with a customer so I waited patiently for another 10 minutes. When I told him this issue, he in a very demeaning way was laughing at me and telling me, "can't you even start a truck, I'm afraid to give you the truck". I said I'm sorry I can't start, could you please help. He disregarded the fact that I tried to figure things out even though it was not my job to do just so that he isn’t burdened. Not only did he give me a hard time but also when we went in the truck to check he seemed to be annoyed to find that he had given me the wrong keys. I could have been upset about that because it wasted a lot of my time considering I am a doctor and I need to get back to my duty but I decided to let this one go. Then instead of apologizing about that, he rudely told me that it's my job to find out which truck number is matching with what. Now out of 10 different trucks standing there, how am I supposed to find out which truck am I supposed to go into? He didn't even show me which truck am I supposed to go into? He didn't even show where the instructions were written. Then I had a hard time starting the new truck as well, went in to check and there was no one inside. So another customer helped me start the truck (it was an old truck so we both had a hard time starting it). Not only was Marc slow and inefficient, wasted over 45 minutes of my very crucial time and was super unhelpful. This is still tolerated however the fact that he was so disrespectful and insulting cannot be. I told him I was very unhappy with this kind of service to which he started shouting loudly again so I just didn't want to bother further and left with the truck. I would probably let all the many mistakes go, but I’m sorry, being yelled at in public is just unacceptable and I can not tolerate such humiliation and insults for no fault of mine. The experience thereafter including the drop-off was smooth.

Nothing really, except investigate the Woburn, MA location. I hear a lot of terrible things about them and I also had an incredibly terrible experience there. Andrew, with Malden's Uhaul location at 420 Eastern Ave., took absolute care of me. Much better experience and am willing to recommend their location.

There was only one guy working who had to stop what he was doing after every customer to get the trucks. I felt really bad for him. He was very professional and polite but not having an extra person in caused major delays. I scheduled an 11am pickup and didn’t leave the lot until after 11:30.

I had to back the uhaul truck to the ubox unit on trailer. I have never had to do that myself before. They never gave me the furniture dolly that I paid for. The truck passenger side mirror didn't stay put so my passenger (luckily I had one) had to keep rolling down the window to adjust the window. Nothing was ready when I go there. The service was horrible in August when I initially got the ubox as well. Uhaul...step up your game and hire responsible staff that actually want to provide great customer service

Customer service told me they can't approve my on line reservation amount of 106 because it didn't show in their system so when I got to Malden I had to prove that was the quote I received which was a big hassle the assistant manager in malden was accomidating although not at first
