uhaul and Microsoft both had a software update while I was trying to check in. I was there an hour. Harry was a super helper. You should be able to drop of your truck where it's easy for you not easy for uhaul. Took three tries to make that happen, else pretty good. Wish the big trucks had an easier way of adjusting the mirrors.

Truck was new and trouble free, for which I was very grateful. The trailer was a learning experience. No one told me not to pull my hand brake. (I have a manual transmission, I always pull the brake on an incline.) Two blocks down the road my brakes were smoking. I think that should have been included in my getting to know your truck and trailer session.

Locations were great. 1-800 uhaul customer service was the least helpful during the booking process. The website auto adjusted my online order more than once. I had to call multiple times to get it corrected.

The equipment, the pick up point and the drop off point were all fine and what I've come to expect from UHaul. Staff at both locations were helpful, though the drop off point was not my initial preference; that location had closed at 1pm and would not accept after hours drops. But overall, the in person experience was fine, at both the pick up and drop off location. What was not fine was the "customer service" at the call center. That is an oxymoron. There was none. I had initially reserved a truck on line at a specific location, which I have used many times before. I got an acknowledgement of the reservation, at the location I preferred, and for the truck that I needed. The word "preferred" is what is a sticking point. Though it was my preference, and though my acknowledgement indicated that location, the actual location that I was given to pick up my truck when I checked in on line, was 20 miles from my starting point, rather than the 5 miles that I was anticipating. When I called their call center, the person on the line said that they guaranteed the truck but not the location and that, for the truck that I wanted, there was nothing available closer, and not at the location I had specified. I asked if there was a different size truck, and was advised there was not. She said they guarantee the truck, but not the location. I told her this was frustrating, as I had gotten an acknowlegement of the location, and her response was that it was MY preferred location, but not what THEY could provide. Nowhere through the on line process did I receive a statement that the truck was NOT available at my preferred location. If one had not been available, I would have checked a different location or different company to rent from. I asked to speak to a supervisor, and was connected to one, who essentially said the same thing, they guaranteed the truck but not location. She did offer to allow an additional day at no charge, but I would still have to drive the 20 miles (40 round trip to pick it up and take it to where I needed it, before even loading). I hung up, and called the local store that I had originally preferred, and the lady I talked to there, confirmed that they did not have what I needed at that location. However, she transferred me to their scheduler (presumably in house) who checked all of the local sites, and was able to find what I needed at the location I ended up using for pick up, which was considerably closer than the 20 miles that I had been given previously. I called that location, confirmed that the scheduler had changed my reservation to this new location and spoke to a very helpful man who said it was indeed confirmed, at their location and for the truck I wanted. My issue is, why could not their call center "customer service" do the same thing? The initial CSR I spoke to did not seem the least bit interested in resolving this. I was very frustrated with them, as I have rented from UHaul before and

Staff was friendly and had the trailer ready at the prescribed pick-up time. Only complaint is that the bulletin board of very politically-charged propaganda is really unprofessional for a place of business like this.

The owner got frustrated with the operating software and swore at me. He had racist quotes up on his wall about Native Americans. Overall this was one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had.

The location experience was exceptional. Unfortunately my experience with your help/ roadside asistance was the most unpleasant experience I have endured in 66 years of life. 3 hours of no response, and a chat note that ignored my problem and told me to call the 800 #. If a private citizen had not stopped and help my wife and I fear I would still be sitting in the breakdown lane on route 25 NB in Colorado. S suicide road. Corpate should experience this type of frustration to appreciate the seriousness of yuor inability to take care of a customer with serious problems. This is no joke.

The customer experience here was the worst experience I've had in 10 years. First I told in a rude manner that I needed to be here earlier, then I was told to connect the trailer myself. Upon return I was treated just as bad and belittled for not being able to back the trailer into a slot. I'll continue to rent Uhauls as this is not my usual experience, however I will never take my business to this location again!

I would like to start this by saying that I would like my money back completely from this move as u-haul breached my contract. Two days before my move we received a call saying that the original location did not have the truck that was promised. Once scheduling what contacted they found a truck in Broomfield. The day of the move we were called on our way to the new location to pick up the truck and were told that they did not have it. Scheduling then found one in Loveland which was an hour away from my location. I had to move this day as my house was being closed on the next morning at 8am. We had movers scheduled to come to my house at 11 am. Due to the truck being in Loveland we had to call the movers and we got a re-scheduling fee for them to come out later. This pushed my whole move back. Once we got to the location and picked up the truck we were not given what we had ordered which I asked by scheduling if they had. That was the furniture pads, dolly's, and furniture dolly's. We ordered two of each dolly, and two dozen pads. I talked with scheduling and they told me that the location had them. They did not. We ordered everything on May 18th and were suppose to pick it all up on June 30th. This whole moving order was over a month old. The location in Loveland was very nice but again it was not easy trying to figure everything out. We paid for half the order in advance and when we got there to get our stuff they did not have that on file. We had to then take up more of our time that we did not have to figure it out. Once that was done they put in the wrong amount instead of what we paid. The company was also suppose to add milage to us since we went out of our way to pick up the truck that was not at the location promised. It was not the locations issue that U-haul could not get their stuff together. The location was very nice and tried to help. This move almost put my house in jeopardy as it would have been a breach of contract had I not been out of there on time. U-haul breached contract that was promised me and put me into undo stress over the move.

Agent was rude stating that "it's just life" that I had to deal with location changes to pickup the truck and that this second pickup location didn't have the blankets I had initially requested when I first made the reservation online. He also stated that the $50 guarantee that was advertised by uhaul did not apply to me even though I was inconvenienced twice that morning, had to go to two different stores to get the equipment I requested. I'm extremely disappointed with the overall service from this company.

Only problem I encountered was there was a lock on the trailer that wasn't discovered until after I picked up the trailer and went back to my storage site. When I called to ask if they had a key, they replied that it must have been from the last person who rented it last. Therefore it must not have been checked inside before they rented it out again. They told me to either bring it back or I could cut the key off, which I did.

Bob was so very kind and helpful! We were impressed with his management and people skills
