So the dude didn't give me his name he just said "none of your fucking business" that worked over there. Well he is a racist and I dont appreciate having racial obscenities and curses flung at me simply because he is too lazy to do his job. I had other engagements to get to so I dropped it off next to the other trailer out front but that dude didnt like it because I am a minority and he started demanding that I use my fuel to move it to where he wanted it. It would have been great if he said please and was nice about it but as soon as I got out of my truck and he saw the color of my skin,he was really rude and disrespectful.

Truck was not ready for 9am pick up at scheduled. They had to dig it out of the snow, though it had not snowed for 3 days. The late pick up made me late to the house to greet the movers and the movers had to be rescheduled which made me have to leave town 6 hours later than expected. hence I incurred additional expenses for a motel and also 1/2 of day extra vacation from work.

Diverted from my scheduled pick-up location to another site, where I had to dive there to pick it up. Fortunately the operator came in early that morning or I would have had to wait till scheduled opening, and then have missed my scheduled packing crew waiting at originally booked location.

Customer service at both the rental place and on the phone when I had a blowout was excellent, though I think the online roadside assistance setup is broken as I placed a request for a new tire and the lady on the phone said there was no record of my request 2 hours after I made it. But she got a guy out there pretty quickly and I was back on my way.

The right blinker on the dolly did not work the gentlemen checked it with his light board and it was not my truck there was something wrong with turn signal and his response was just don’t take and right hand turns and I was on my way

Engine cover/"dog house" on the truck did not seal properly letting heat and engine compartment fumes into the cab. I drove for 6 hours with the window open to make the cab bearable.

I rate poor because the overall experience was terrible. Thank god the guy here was awesome. Immediately after leaving the grand juction store I got a text telling me to drop it off at the wrong location. We went to Loveland anyways and the guy was great about it. Again I would like some type of refund.

Make sure that the furniture pads are in fact in the back of the truck prior to renting to another customer and then charging them 56 extra dollars for their mistake.

Bob in Loveland was great. He made my experience tolerable. Pre-Bob mu experience was TERRIBLE. I was unilaterally penalized by U haul and NOT told my truck size and pick up location had changed until the night before. U haul said I received an email stating that change. I DID NOT. The rental and mileage cost me $60 more than Quoted me on 6/20. It would have been at least $60 more but Bob took customer service into account. Bob gets 10 stars. The rest of this u haul experience gets 2 stars. Bait and switch. Shame on U haul. Unsatisfied customer.

I understand that schedules for drop off's can change. But to be told by a very rude man that I may not have the trailer that I rented was horrible. Moving is already not an easy task, but then to call the location that I was picking up the trailer, and be told that it could be there or it could not be, instead of checking when the scheduled drop off time was and telling me this. I'm fully aware that life happens, but to have added stress, and a RUDE man taking to me so disrespectfully was a nightmare. Ask if I received any sleep that night, NOPE... So I will not refer uhaul to any one that is moving...

I found U-Haul to be difficult to deal with. I wanted to rent near the location I was picking up furniture from and instead of dealing with any near by U-Haul dealer I was referred to a location about 30 miles away in extreme South Denver. I don't find U-Haul to be a very customer centric business.

I had requested to pick up at a different location at 8 AM and was moved by UHaul to this location at 9 AM. Frustrating to lose an hour of moving time, plus this location was much further away from where we were loading in Fort Collins. This is not a reflection on this location, just on the UHaul system. I ended up paying an overage for being over on miles. This didn't help in that regard.

Jake caught clerical error of 24 blankets vs. 12 blankets and corrected on spot. Checked lights on trailer were operational and handled taking trailer off with no assistance required. Great customer service. I've used this location a few times and it is always a pleasure to use. Great Customer Service!

My drop off in Colorado was outstanding,The staff at "Catch all mini storage" was absolutely friendly and helpful... would rent from them again,but Im staying put in Colorado...Thank you guys at catch all...was very nice meeting you...excellent service.

The location is fine. The reservation system however is clunky and confusing. I received several emails about my reservation but none were clear or specific. Only the reference number and pick up date were included. No details about pick up time, location, cost, etc. The website could be clearer about the process too. It said I'd get a call to confirm that never came. It also didn't mention taxes or other fees.
