Jim, if that’s even his real name was VERY rude. I called about concerns on why I had addiction charges on my card the following day after I turned the truck in and completely filled it up. He kept cutting me off while I was trying to talk to him and explain my concern, he tried saying I went 15 miles over what I told him when I know for sure I did not! I calculated my mileage very carefully. He then proceeded to tell me if I wanted help I needed to call someone else and hung up on me.!
Zanasia JThe truck was dirty, service engine light was on, low left rear tire light was on. They were supposed to open at 9am, did not ever open. I had to use the U-Haul app to get my truck, and it was very, very difficult to use.
