RICHARD E.Customer service was abysmal, i arrived at the location I made a reservation for the day prior and they didn't have the vehicle needed and just told me the next location. After inquiring about the $50 credit for them not having the Vehicle reserved the employees I spoke to were extremely rude and curt. I will not be returning with any future business to this location or any other Uhaul locations.
Jack S.Well for starters my Uhaul had to be Jumped Twice once through Uhaul Roadside and the second Luckily I was at a Truck Stop and some kind bypassers helped me out. My p BIGGEST Problem is not with the Popular Level Road Location but, with the Location on Shelby St and the Directions I was giving for the Tow Dolly that Broke the Upper Control Arm on my Car
