The phone line on Google is incorrect. I had to drive to the location to reserve my Van which i didnt need to till the afternoon. When I came back i stood outside for 7-8 minutes waiting because the door was locked and I had to call the guy to come to the front. Same thing happened when i dropped off rental.

We returned the UHaul the same day we rented it. We were wrongly charged $190 because they put it in the system we kept it two extra days. When we tried to fix this issue we called for two days straight and got no answer and their voicemail was full. Finally after being on hold for an hour I contacted UHaul’s customer service and they were able to help.

My experience with U-Haul was very poor and below average. I asked for the small truck with the ramp and I receive a small truck without a ramp. That U-Haul location could not switch me out because there were no other trucks available and I had already hired movers for that day! When requesting the reservation on the phone I asked the lady if I can pick up on Chamberlain Lane across from a Ford Kentucky Truck plant and she said yes it will be available to pick up there. Upon arrival I waited 30 minutes before being seen because of other people in front of me. Once I got to the counter I was told my trucks is at another location. Yes I did get an email saying it was on Fenwick but I thought since I had asked for the chamberlain lane location I thought that Fenwick was off of Chamberlain Lane. I reserved a utility dolly and that was not available at the scene so I had to get a regular dolly which was very rough moving a washer and dryer from the basement with a lot of steps and no safety straps. I emailed a customer complaint. Someone has my contact number and is supposed to get back with me. It's been Saturday since I left my complaint but I believe the lady said that someone should be getting back with me between 3 business days which I am waiting very patiently for having to know that I had to pay full price for a bad rental experience and awful time!

You need to hire someone who has been trained and is willing to help customers. I felt it might be a challenge when the U-haul employee told the person in front of me inquiring about a rental that all she knew about the online reservation system was the web location. She admitted she had never gone to the site and did not know how to use it in any way shape or form and could not help the person beyond pointing them to the web site. Thus, I figured she was never trained or didn't not really want to help the customer. When I rented my trailer I asked her about hooking it up, etc. She said she had no experience with that and had never done it. She eventually met me at the trailer location but then proceeded to tell me the instructions were on the side of the trailer. She did attempt to help me get the trailer on the hitch one time but we did not succeed. She then left and when I went back to the office indicated she couldn't help me any more. In addition, there were no instructions about using the safety chains, no checking that the lights worked, etc. My point is she either has not ever been trained or else she really doesn't want to do anything more than write a contract and tell the customer good luck. Horrible experience and I think potentially a liability risk to U-haul for lack of ensuring the trailer was hooked up properly and safely. I would recommend anyone in the east end of Louisville to avoid this location. Go either to the Bluegrass Pwky site or the Chamberlain Lane location. I have used Chamberlian Lane before and was very impressed with their customer service. Stay away from Fenwick Storage.

I was not given the code to the lockbox so I could not pickup the truck at 8:30 am. Thankfully someone showed up at 8:56 am. We finally found the truck...knowing where it was located would have been nice. The women who assisted was a rock star!!! The price was good and fair. Thank you.

All four tires on the rear were bald and we had a blowout on the expressway. Had to wait 90 minutes for roadside to come to put two new tires on and caused us to be very late to our destination.
