Hard to find too far off the road and nobody was there to check me in when I dropped it off. Got a call a month later asking if I had dropped my trailer off it hadn't been checked in. Called the 800 number for uhaul and he said we should be good to leave it.

I paid for a trailer, appliance dolly and furniture blankets. I paid inside, the guy hooked up the trailer and i left. It wasn't until I was already over 20 miles away that I received a call informing me that my dolly and blankets were not in trailer. I was too far gone and unable to come back. I asked if I could receive a credit for those items. Receive a credit for those items. I was told that I could get the credit when I return them. However that created all sorts of issues since there was nothing checked into inventory at the receiving location and he had to make all sorts of changes. I was told them to call back and deal with the customer service which I did and then I was transferred to the location in Castleton but then disconnected. That process took about 15 minutes of my time and I never did get a credit. I don't have the energy to go back again and do what should've been done the beginning. Furthermore, without the dolly move and everything was twice as difficult. I would say that my experience was not a good one

The van was filthy on the exterior the interior cargo was not cleaned out and needed to be swept

The representative at the location was very friendly and got me on the road right away. The truck however needed to be cleaned out and it stunk of cigarette smoke. There were cigarette butts left in the ashtray. We sprayed the inside of the cabin down with Lysol and wiped it down with Clorox wipes to try and get rid of the heavy oder.

i rescheduled the pick up time - for some reason the drop off time was changed as well - this was incorrect. also i had car issues and tried to call to aleer the location i would be late.... i was on hold 35 min while i should have been fixing the issue ... get an emergency line

My experience with UHAUL at Fenwick Storage in Middletown was excellent. When I arrived 5 mins before opening, Travis greated me with a smile. He quickly did paperwork (I had ckecked in online) and hooked the 6x8 trailer up to my hitch for me, checked the lights and off I went. Seamless! I returned 5 mins after closing due to traffic (sorry) but luckily I sawTravis walking to his truck. He kindly helped me unhook and park the trailer. Thank you UHAUL! Next move, I will book with you again.

I dropped off the U-Haul 26' truck after hours and left the key and rental agreement in the drop box, so I had no interface with the office there or the personnel. I did get a receipt in the e-mail, so that was good.

Experienced a tire coming apart. My experience with your customer service and roadside assistance exceeded my expectations. From the pleasant and caring tone of your customer service representative, I was quickly assured that she was able to locate my phone and quickly dispatched the service technician to repair the blown tire. Your response system worked perfectly! I would suggest considering adjusting your mobile platform as I was unable to locate the roadside assistance feature when receiving the voice prompt during my initial call.

Sign on the door said to call "502......" as I was calling someone came to let me in. The place is also a bit hard to find. It's not that important to me what the place looks like; the attendant on hand was helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. Put a sign by the mail road that shows where U-Haul is located.

Staff was excellent and helpful. The return happened in a timely fashion in spite of the fact that she was by herself and had to juggle 3 customers at the same time. Convenient location.

I checked-in online so that when it came time to pick up the UHaul truck it would go quick, however the office was completely unorganized and filthy. The attendant was unprepared to work, slow, & unprofessional. When we arrived on time to pick up the truck at 9:00am as scheduled, the office was not opened and ready for business. The attendant was having a smoke break in the parking lot instead of getting the office prepared for customers scheduled to be there. We were asked to check the mileage for her and then it was discovered that the wrong truck was given to us so we had to wait. It took 45 minutes - 1 hour to actually get the truck after being given the wrong paperwork to sign twice, the wrong truck, being asked to run out to the truck to get the mileage for the attendant, and having to sort out the gas because the paperwork & computer listed the wrong gas level in the truck than was actually in the vehicle. The attendant then had us wait while another customer who was frustrated because the extra moving supplies werent there for him as ordered. The attendant didn't correct gas level information in the computer so we had to insist that the attendant sign off of the correct gas that was actually in the truck. Having the truck was super helpful in our move but the renting part was terrible. Unfortunetly it doesn't end there. When we returned the truck around 3:45pm, well before it was due and during office hours there was no one at the office to receive everything and sign off. In fact, there was another customer there to pick up a truck that was furious because no one was present to help him. We had to leave the keys to our rental in the night drop box.
