There was confusion on the final charges and no one was able to go through them with us. The computer systems were down and no one was available to help us turn in the vehicle or called to go over the reservation with me once everything was back up and running.

Douglas M.I arrived at 10:15am, and upon my arrival I was locked out of the building. When he opened the shop he was handling multiple clients at a time getting our information confused. My card was over charged, and I was not informed of a $100 security deposit until AFTER everything was completed and I was headed out the door. The muffler at the bottom of my rental was loose and clunked around as I drove and smelled horribly.
