I can honestly say that in my opinion there is nothing that they could have done any better! The fact that they were willing to accommodate me in renting the U-Haul after having to change the initial rental date to the next day for reasons that were out of my control. In a world that consider your problem your problem it was a breath of fresh air to deal with someone that cared and was willing to help me as their customer from beginning to the end. It was a wonderful experience and even though renting this U-Haul was for the organization that I work for I would not hesitate to contact this location for my personal needs and I would recommend them to family and friends if they expressed a need to rent a U-Haul. I have always worked in customer service and I think that is one of the reasons why I can appreciate the way that I was treated at this location.

FRANCINE HWe rented the vehicle on March 22, 2025. The local agent that rented us the vehicle told us that no agent would be available to accept the vehicle's return the next day (March 23-Sunday) and that we could return it Monday morning when they opened. She also showed us how to return the vehicle on Sunday, when no one was available. We specifically asked her if we would be charged for an extra day if we returned it Monday, and she said no. We returned the vehicle on the Sunday afternoon, but not within 24 hours of having rented it based solely on the local Uhaul agent's representation that we would not be charged for an extra day. We were charged for an extra day, and the corporate customer service agent would not reverse the extra day's charge when we called. We have used Uhaul a number of times in the past, but won't be doing so in the future.
