BARBARA BWell a lot one the trucks were not cleaned inside or out the staff was very rude actually showed up at my house to come get the U-Haul when I was not finished with it all because they said y'all were about to put a warrant out on me also I believe the reason they really came was because they had no U-Hauls when I showed up to take that one back after being threatened if I did not return it by that evening that there would be a warrant out for my arrest
CARA HThe truck had a lot of old damage. It was also very loud. I didn’t crawl under the truck but it seemed to be missing a muffler. The check-in location at College Corner called me about the truck. I told them I had to have the truck as there were no other options available. I called UHaul upon check-in and was told to do the mobile check-in. The store told me today that they could have done it. Louisville GA where I picked it up should be able to verify that the truck was very loud as I pulled off. There were men outside loading up appliances. The mobile check-in only had options about damage, if it was overheating, cleanliness, fuel and odometer.
James LVehicle lost brakes briefly and needs muffler checked or replaced. Extremely loud when driving.

RONNIE WMaybe make sure paperwork is correct and they get out in a timely manner not an hour later after they cant find the equipment. Plus my car almost came off the Auto transport to VA. I had to stop 3 times to fix the ratchet straps on the tires. My car shifted so much that it messed up my front bumper. I'm not happy and you have yet to call me back. So I went to corporate.

Daniel SIT TOOK FOREVER TO GET THE TRUCK...FACILITY WAS NOT VERY ORGANIZED. I WAS CHARGED FOR AN APPLIANCE DOLLY I DID NOT GET. I WAS GIVEN A FURNITURE DOLLY THAT WAS BROKEN AND I COULD NOT EVEN USE. ACCORDING TO THE EMAIL I WAS SUPPOSED TO RETURN THE TRUCK AT 3;30. BY THE TIME I GOT IT CHECKED IN ON MY PHONE IT WAS 3:31 AND i WAS CHARGED AN EXTRA DAY. I WILL NEVER RENT UHAUL AGAIN. IT IS NOTHING BUT A MONEY PIT.

Carol LThe UHaul website enables customers to submit virtually all of the information required to rent a truck. At most, the on-site representative should be confirming the previously supplied information rather than asking for it again. Other than that, the pick up experience went well with pleasant representatives in a welcoming and Covid-19 safe environment.
