I went to two locations- one was better than the other. The main thing I experience every time I use UHAUL is that most of your vendors don't seem to give a shit about us (the client). Terrible communication and I had to keep following up on my resurvations to find out where my truck would be. You had me going to south Denver to get a truck. That would have taken 3-4 hours of my day. I feel like UHAUL doesn't give a shit about the client because everything is automated and the automated systems might be faster for you but they aren't for consumers. I don't want 3 emails every time you send a message. I'm not going to download another app. The past 5 years when I have used Uhaul in Denver metro I have NOT been impresseed with the calibor and knowledge of the vendors and even your people. I have to ask the questions to make sure I have all of the information. You hire lazy people, expecially the foreignors. (can't understand them, therefore I don';t trust what they are saying because I assume they don't know the language /info well because they speak poorly) Not all foreigners are like this, but it's been consistently difficult to understand them in Denver per my experience. I could go on and on. Truck worked well - the people don't. (did that break it down for you enough). I'm looking into other vendors going forward. The only thing that keeps uhaul alive is that your everywhere, your brand is being damaged by the people you use. (I'm in marketing and I see how things are changing bac,k to having LIVE TRAINED GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AGAIN- people are tired or trying to work with companies failled technology. The place I rented the 15 foot truck- that guy ROCKED! Knowledgable, clean, on the ball.... I was taken care of right away and walked away feeling good before my trip. The rest of my 5 years of experience hasn't been the best due to the professionalism of the vendors you select to work with. I would start re-evaluating their customer service... If they can't problem solve then why work with them. You hire stupid.

Always receive wonderful service. Courtesy and helpful staff. Thanks for all your help.
RAQUEL IFill the fuel tank so that renters don't have to use the educated guesswork to get back to 7/8 full.
ROBERT HThis is for U-Haul, not the location. 1. Stop trying to fingerprint users browsers ans/or use trackers/cookies to harvest unnecessary data, and let them use a password to login. 2. I'm not going to take a selfie in order to verify my ID and rent a truck via mobile device. Please make that requirement more prevalent since it cost me hours of moving time on a Sunday. 3. Customer service is nice, but largely useless. I asked one CSR rep for an open location, i could rent from due to my initial reservation being closed and they're couldn't help. But, while I was waiting, I was able to find something in less than five minutes. 4. When I went to extend my rental online several hours before it was due, i was told i couldn't since another family was waiting for it. On a Monday morning. Okay. I called up and a CSR was able to punch that request through (thanks, Karen!). Phone is still king, I guess. Other, this Dillon location is great. Albeit a little slow. The best part is that I applied to several tech roles at U-Haul, but nary got a csll back because apparently I'm not as qualified as the elite team putting out the spectacular failure of a website and rental process.
MARK MMinor comment - I was told that the fuel tank was 3/4 full, when in fact it was 1/8th more than half-empty. Not a big deal! I brought a full tank anyway to make it easier. Good value! Great service at this location
