Location seemed very busy with limited employees to provide satisfactory customer service. No employee was personable and attempted to engage or build rapport. It all felt very rushed, dry, and flat; similarly to being on a conveyor belt. Would come again but just for convenience of location; sale goes to reason behind referring friends.

Phone center for after-hours returns info-wise could be more plugged-in in terms of documenting real-time status of rental returns, especially exact time of return. Phone staff and site staff were extremely courteous and helpful/ efficient otherwise. (Incl. Christian who worked the yard and the African American bro who worked the desk the days I bought boxes and a few days later when I picked u my rental, I don't remember his name).

I over paid on the gas as the gage is slow to respond. I believed I should have been refunded for the gas as your equipment malfunction.

Better customer service, guy was very friendly but He would be helping me and my husband then walk away and help someone else then come back to us. We had to keep repeating our order to him and information because he would excuse us out of the way to help another customer. We intended it to take about 30minutes and ended up spending 2 hours for a trailer.

The Mexican outdoor guy was very unfriendly, unprofessional and unwilling to smile nor greed you politely. This things reflects on your company reputation. U-Haul and many companies in California need to select and train their employees to show appreciation and respect! Customer doesn't have to suffer to this kind of bad behavior. Company like yours spent millions of $$$ on marketing due to competition. Well, you may win your customers by hiring and training the right attitude and behavior when it comes to customer service. I believe this is the cheaper way to earn your customers. Not disrespect them. It's the only logical way of thinking. Also, please hire someone who can speak English and understand what customer service means. Wake up U=Haul!! This is BAD business!!

I called the day before my reservation to authorize my friend to be a driver and to pick up the open bed trailer without me. Everything was great until the day of reservation. I had reserved the trailer bed at 11am. My friend came at 10:45am and was told to wait until check-in time, which was totally fine. It took them more than an hour to do a ten-minute hookup. I had several calls and confusion about if my friend who was already onsite was going to pick up the reserved trailer bed. The lady who called me and started to question me immediately when I picked up in a stern and undermining voice saying, "Are you going to cancel your reservation? YOU are 45 minutes late." Which I had replied that my friend is already there and waiting for them to be done with his car. On his side (which was onsite) there was confusion on if HE had the right reservation and told him that he didn't have a reservation and that he needed to check in again while they were working on his car to put the trailer on. Absolutely ridiculous! Will never use the services at this location.

This is not the first time that I have had trouble with Uhaul. I had the truck less than 2 hours. They took an $80 deposit from my account. When I bought the truck back, they should have credited my account for $ 48.21. On Friday the 19th when my account was not credited, I called my bank who told me to try and solve it with the merchant before disputing it. I called Uhaul customer service who told me it is not unusual for them to not close the transaction. Furthermore, she gave me this long number 74445007138200119324394 and told me that I must call my bank back to have the money credited. My bank thought that was outrageous, and told me that they don't get approval numbers from merchants. I am now disputing the whole deposit with my bank. Since when are customers required to do the leg work of a company after service? Also the fact that the customer service agent mentioned that it's not unusual for them not to close a transaction after service is ludicrous! All this after having a problem with Uhaul earlier this month to which I was still unsatified? Not fair to the customer.

The attendant was aloof and not very welcoming. I didn't feel like I was an important customer to him. He had a very rote manner.
