Mitchell AI thought I had arranged to drop off on Crenshaw Blvd in LA, not realizing that there was a location right in Santa Monica. I stopped there and was told that I had to go to the Western Ave. location to drop off or it would cost me “a whole lot of money.” That was a pain. When I originally made the reservation, I located the Crenshaw location, but not the Santa Monica one. It should have been suggested to me.

Ladarrell DThat truck tt1629 is in real bad mechanical shape.the front end is real bad the front dusc brakes needs to be replaced it vibrates whenever you apply the brakes.the universal joints needs to be replaced too.that truck is a safety hazard.beware

Christine NI was upset to learn that I could not be reimbursed for the severe gas overage I provided. The gas level was slightly above half when I picked the truck up and I returned in on full. I’m so used to the trucks being on full when I rent them that I returned it on full by good habits.

emerald pI had to wait over two hours to have my trailer ready. The two trailers they had available for one way transport had bad tire. This could have easily been prevented if they had been inspected ahead of time. You would think for the size of the store they would have a tech available to do simple tire changes

SABRIGA TI originally reserved a 16 inch which ever one is $19.99 but once I got there I noticed it was small so I asked the customer service rep if I could exchange my reservation for a bigger size. He then explained all the bigger sizes were reserved. So I left to go to my storage and realized that the U-Haul was just too small. I then called the U-Haul center to see where I could find a bigger one and he explained they had some at the same place I was told they were all reserved. When I got there the young man man stated I asked for a 15 inch which is why he told me they were all reserved. I then told him he is lying I never told him what size I simply asked if I could have a bigger one. Now I have to dispute a double payment and a waste of my time and day.
