There was nobody at the drop off station as we arrived outside the normal hours, ie. at 3pm on a Sunday. The next day we were falsely charged for gasoline. The next day we called Fred Taylor at UHaul who was very helpful to initiate that we would get our money back. Still, this was unnecessary and extra trouble for me. If the people at the drop off station would only have done their job more correctly with regard to reading off the gas tank and comparing this with our contract.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI got charged for safe trip though I declined >:(
Kiaera WBetter Key information is NECESSARY. The picture showed it on the back of the truck, not three driveways away and around the corner. A big sign that says "KEYS HERE" might be nice. Maybe with an arrow indicating location. I almost went somewhere else but was so locked into the system that I had to stick it out. Kinda dumb.
Josh MTotal cluster trying to get the keys that were not available and switching vehicles in -30 degree weather. So inconvenient.
Natalie KThe online instructions were inaccurate so it took a half hour to locate the truck and keys.
