Waited one hour while the one employee (maybe owner?) who could rent the u-haul to us was out “running errands”. Employee in store would not call him to let him know that a customer was waiting for their rental appointment, because “he wouldn’t like that”. I later learned that he was eating breakfast and drinking coffee at a nearby cafe as it was the same cafe I went to wait at. Once we were able to get this gentleman back to work, the process went more smoothly. The pickup facility was at a lumber yard about a mile down the road and the employee there was helpful.

Janis OWe had to drive 130 miles to get our equipment and the appliance dolly wasn't there as reserved. None was available within 130 miles.
Ken RThe actual drop off location was not at 104 S Main but about a 1.5 miles away at the lumber annex for the store. It would’ve been better to know that address from the start.
Edwin VGot to location to find the man who does the U-Haul rentals not there and had to wait for the employees of the hardware store to locate him and him arrive. Filled out paperwork there and then had to drive to location of actual trailer.
