Excellent service! Jack was already prepared with our rental, ready to go when we arrived. He was very helpful in explaining everything and very polite. When we returned the rental, he greeted us and asked how our move was and asked if we had any issues with the truck. He operates a great business and has excellent customer service. The most impolite person I've ever met in my life! So arrogant and treated everyone as minors with no respect at all. I respect the company name"U-Haul" and that's why i rented from them. But after my experience today, definitely i will choose another company next time...and I move a lot!!

Took forever to get rental. Employee kept taking others in line before finishing off my rental. Requested multiple peoples ID when it wasn't necessary as I was the only driver. Would not rent from this location again.

Tire pressure monitor was showing low pressure in rear left tire at pick-up. The proprietor told me not to worry about it because the sensor was faulty. After loading up the van at my home, it became apparent that the tire was actually very low in air. I spent about 40 mins trying to fill the tire with enough air to get on the road. I spent my whole trip (400km) wondering if I was going to be stranded at the side of the highway. Upon returning the vehicle, I did get an apology from the proprietor, but I still feel that I was misled.

I was very disappointed that my pick up location changed to a location that was much further away from my move location tha the one I booked. This has happened the last three times I have a booked a Ushuaia and as a result I will no longer be using your services.

Location was close. Service was poor. Retailer was not accepting to our concerns and brushed them off, talked so quietly it was hard to hear even after asking him to speak up and was rude. Truck was clean but in poor condition. Back tires were down to the wear bar and front tires were worn so bad on the outside that the were bald and ready to pop... needed an alignment badly. This was a major safety concern and since UHaul specializes in renting trucks/ trailers, I have the expectation that this would be a concern for them too, especially when we are traveling pretty far. We made the retailer aware and he was not concerned at all pushing our thoughts aside. There were many 15' trucks in much better condition but this is what was given to us. Not impressed and would not recommend if you have other options. Maintenance of vehicle was terrible.

The vehicle was smelly Jack campbell said it s the vehicle leather We had to drive it to Windsor from London 200 KM Once we reach our location and open the trance we found animal fur all over Our eyes were red , our nose was running we have allergy alerts had to take antihistamine At first he was rude Once we deliver It back he said it s dirty We said yes from animal use before us He literally through a mop at us go clean it other wide you pay 5 CAD I said no you gave it dirty and we are sick Because you lied , you didn’t say they transfer animals using it He said well I m gonna charity you 25 and this is my contact to complaint For me I will never use uhaul never

I tried to pick up the truck through mobile and it was taking at least 15min to get past the picture verification, which it didn't end up working anyway. So I had to go into the store and do it manually. That is the only thing I had an issue with. Everything else was good.

I was given the keys and told good to go, only to get a call from store owner and supervisor Kevin yelling and swearing at me saying I have a stolen vehicle because I didn’t sign the contract. Meanwhile I was never presented with a contract and told to go. I had to detour my move to return to the store to sign the contract, in the uhaul, adding to my gas and mileage as it was opposite direction of where I needed to go. Kevin did call back to apologize for it after saying the store owner gave totally different information and gave me a $50 credit. Store owner never apologized and was incredibly rude and disrespectful. An awful experience overall. Don’t know if I’ll ever bother with uhaul again.

I ordered online and did the express check in. But he made me redo all the information as though I was a new customer, he then said he needed a few more names which wasn’t working so then we asked how long because we were in a hurry and he told us he wasn’t our slave? We then asked what he needed and he told us we could go somewhere else. He then gave me the wrong key and I had to go back in and he had to redo some of the paper work and get me the proper key. I will never return to this location, and I would recommend removing him as a uhaul dealer because he doesn’t represent the computer any well as I am considering not using you anymore because of this gentleman.

the owner of the store was a really impolite person in addition although i had a reservation i had to wait for more that 20 minutes to get the van because he was walking his dog outside and nobody in the store knows how to process my rental request

I took the vehicle back late and charged an extra day which was fine by me. But I was also charged for the insurance as I had purchased in my original order. Seems like a money grab.

Would never deal with your rep.again Was rude when I got there and even ruder when I returned the truck I drove it 41 mile and put in $20 of gas, he said it was not enough and wanted to charge me $34.50 I took the truck and put in another $5.00 and then he said it was okay I need uhaul to call me to discuss 226-688-4146
