Worst experience I ever had with an U-Haul. The location that I picked up was not a regular U-Haul store, it was one one those authorized places. The business hours were from 10:30am on Saturday, nobody showed up until 10:40. The person that showed up was rude and careless, did not care about helping and they neither had the utility dolly and the blanket pads that I had reserved to pick up. His response was that ''U-Hual doesn't supply them with enough''. Then their U-Haul app was not working properly, it finalized my agreement and sent me a contract prior to letting me upload all photos, odometer, and fuel level. I had to chased them over the phone to provide all the information and then later on chased them over the phone again to get a refund on the items not provided.

The shop owner need to go through and show the pick up person how to drive the truck , like lights, air conditioning basically where things are . Because I had. No idea what to do when the truck refused to drive. Also sharing knowledge of pressing certain buttons and releasing brakes Ect. Plus he did not clean the truck it was greasy & filthy. But, when they found out what prevented it from driving , it was the smoothest truck I drove
JENNIFER DWhen I picked up the truck, the driver seat was torn to pieces. I took pictures. It was ridiculous. I had to put a towel down so the seat wouldn’t cut my legs. There were spoons and paper in the truck. It was not cleaned. The door was not easily closable. I had to slam it with two hands and something rattled big time in the door all the way to my destination and back. U-Haul has gone down so much since I used it last. Not sure I would recommend U-Haul to anyone anymore not sure I will use U-Haul again. I may look for other moving trucks if I need it again. It was not an enjoyable trip in that U-Haul. The people there where I rented it was fabulous. I would recommend them. I just don’t know that I would recommend U-Haul.

DANNY CWhen I received the truck there was SIX (6) miles to empty!!!!!! What?!? With the way these trucks go through gas, I was very lucky to make it to a gas station before running out.
