The truck was dirty inside the cabin. There were stains and build-up in the cup holders, the cabin had an odd dirty smell, the steering wheel was sticky and filthy, the windshield had to try sap all over it, and overall the exterior was dirty.Radly O.

Your website is not 100% useful. You could offer more options, or the ability to write notes or explanations if our job doesn't fit into your categories. The truck had the low tire pressure symbol on. The owner talked politics the entire time I was trying to pickup the truck. They didn't check me out when I dropped off, just tool the key. Then I was charged more miles than I went.Alaina D.

Well we're I was sent to the lady was very rude and I feel she was racist. I greeted her with a good morning 3 times before I got a response. I'm currently being charged for an extra day when the drop off date was today. I'm being charged for gas that wasn't even in the truck when I received it . I asked for paperwork for the truck and was told that it would be emailed to me. When I did receive the email in the spot we're I was supposed to sign someone had scribble in the spot . I was never allowed to see the arrangement only was told that I would receive the email. I feel that People of color are not welcome at the location at all . The truck ran perfectly .Lakeiasa S.

The App.they were using to enter all our information either wasn't working correctly or it was problems on their end. Took us 30 min or better just to pick up the truck, very frustrating start. Also the daily rate charge plus charge by the mile. Then had to put fuel in it, I think their are other options that would have been a better value !!Darrell T.
Normally I don't write reviews but I think this one deserves one . For one they charged my twice , now I'm out 80 bucks that I didn't authorize them to charge me on top of the 75 bucks that I agreed to. The truck also wasn't sealed I guess because the roof let tons of rain in and ruined several of my belongings by the time I realized the inside of the truck was flooded â€¦ wouldn't recommend to anyone staff was incredibly rude and talked to me like I was stupid when I asked them how to return the vehicleâ€¦ terrible experienceJillian S.
The early checkin with my phone was not good. I had to reset my password 4 times, called twice and was put on hold 10 minutes each time, wasn't told that the alternate phone called had to verify before I could continue to check in, and had to call an emergency number because the lockbox wouldn't open. The location and person helping was excellent, and the truck was very nice, but the after hours checkin was not.Vic K.

I had called to double check the hours. Was told we open at 10. But, won't be ready until 10:15. Need time to get system up and running. That's bullshit!. They were true to their words. No one showed up til 10:20. I had to call the district manager who happened to be in the area. By the time he got there the people were there. He didn't speak to me because the guys were there. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! I feel I should be compensated for all the aggravation I went thru. Will NEVER use this location again!!!!!!!!! Oh, one more thing. While I was checking the truck out one of the workers was like I need this truck moved, kept saying that. And kept asking us to move our cars. Guess what!?!? Had you been on time we would have been gone. Absolutely rude!!!STEPHANIE H.

Well not quite sure where to start I had a 1:15 trailer reservation and went to check in with the employee and was told that the one and only one uhaul representative i guess you would call him would be back in 20 minutes so its now 1:35 I made him aware of my reservation he begins the lengthy questionnaire uhsul makes their employees go through and half way through it asks to upload pictures of your license an continues with more questions we almost get it completed then the program that it used rejected our entire application so just wasted 20 minutes started again and same thing happened we had our application rejected 5 times an hour and a half then finally the employee called his supervisor who finally got it straight and at 4:00 we finally were able to rent their equipment took over 3 hours to get a rental even though I reserved it earlier that day I don't blame uhaul though I think it's either the place that rents the equipment out because if employees cannot complete a simple transaction without repeating it over and over paying it'll work it still doesn't so he calls his supervisor to fix his mistakes it boggles my mind you have one job and one job only to fill the application with the customer an show them which equipment they are renting but if your incapacitated of completing a simple task like that and thats all they ask of you either pay attention and learn how its done properly and professionally or get your incompetent rear end back home where you belong. I had to sit an waste over 3 and a half hour dealing with stupidityJan R.

They were unorganized when I picked it up and did not have any blankets or dolly's that I had on my order. When I dropped it off they were very rude. I will never use this location again.LISA B.
Needed a truck to transport something locally. We had the truck for a little over an hour. We went 8 miles in total for the entire transport. Before returning, we added almost 3 gallons of gas back to the truck which got it back to where the meter was when we received it. Returned the truck and was charged an additional $16 for 3 gallons of gas that we have already paid for and added. Not to mention, there is no way they assessed and added 3 gallons of gas less than 4 minutes of returning the truck. We called about 8 times after returning to dispute only to be met with a busy signal each time.AMBER F.

I arrived to pick you the U-Haul the key didn't match the vehicle I reserved. I called customer service and was on hold 2 .he with no answer. When I returned the vehicle the person admitted he was the one that put the incorrect key in the box with no apology. He treated me with no respect. The was another gentleman that corrected the changes and showed more concern that the first guy .Cassandra S.

When using the app, needs to be noted that a zero is added to the mileage. We spent an extra 45 mins checking in the vehicle, until I discovered a zero must be added to the mileage at checkout. If not you will be short a tenth n the app will show less mileage than when u started.Stacy D.

The customer service by U-haul was abysmal. It took over an hour for us to pick up our truck. The people at the site were friendly and awesome. U-Haul was slow and ineffective.Jaymie G.
