Been over 2 weeks of calling customer service, emailing and endless trips back to uhaul rental place to try and get the bill straighten out. The phone number you have is no longer in use!!! But the email is still good. I guess we have to advise the bank to stop payment. Thank you

Been on the phone for almost an hour waiting to talk to customer service, we rented a truck for 8 hours but was billed for 3 days. Advised the guy we rented it from said he would take care of it been almost a week and still nothing been done.

We rented a truck for 24 hours and bought the $15 protection plan for it. We returned the vehicle and an extra $150 was charged to my card for a damage “deductible” for damage we were unaware of. The protection plan covers nothing. I wouldn’t recommend this place if trying to save money because they will charge your card for anything they can.

Tow dolly was not maintained properly. Extremely noisy and loud. Pivoting assembly required servicing. Worst dolly I have had yet.

This location was horrible. They did not have my truck and also didn't have one for another customer that was there at the same time. The man that was working there was kind of a jerk. And also I called uhaul because my account was double charged and was told that the one charge would be returned by Friday and it is now Saturday and it is still not returned. I am still owed $73.23 I will not ever rent from uhaul again

The app to check yourself in is terrible. It took me 2 hours to gain access to the key for the truck and when I was able to open the lock box it was for the wrong truck. I reserved a large truck and ended up with one half the size which caused for more trips between houses, more mileage and more gas. I will never use this service again and I would not recommend it to anyone. I disputed the charges and requested someone call me and I received no phone call. When calling 1-800-GO-Uhaul, I sat on hold for over 45 minutes and no one picked up to help. I ended up calling the Arizona Call Center where my friend received a phone call to confirm my identity. Also, when I was given the Managers phone number to call for help, he said he couldn't help...what kind of Manager is this???? Very upset with the overall service.

Not good customer service, man behind the counter was kind of insulting. There were 2 vans for the same price, one larger then the other and he gave us the key for the smaller one. We went to go back inside to see if we could switch and he had already locked the door. Then he pulled around in his car and said “yea it’s the smaller one” then left. Very upset with him.

I got charged a cleaning fee even though I advised Steve from the storage mall in Lockport that I did not rent the blankets that were left on the trailer floor and I just set my stuff on top of the blankets and did not feel as I had to fold them due to me not renting them. The trailer was only filled with totes so that debunks the theory that Steve had to sweep it out because of my stuff. If he had to sweep it was under those blankets and again I didn't put those blankets down on the floor. When I called Steve seemed to be dismissive and didn't even call the other uhaul store to see if I rented the blankets as he said he would. I ended up having to call storage made easy and though they tried to help the best they could Steve from the storage mall in Lockport was still claiming that I owed the $15. The person that owes the money should have been the person that put down those blankets and I should not be charged just because they got away without cleaning it or being charged the cleaning fee. He was arrogant. Refused to takes czars unless I sighted out even though it said see I.D. He charged Me twice different amounts. Wiped out my checking account Ann's acted like it was no big deal (over a $1000) took 2 1/2 days to get my money back which resulted in making me leave later than I was suppose to and had 2 get 2 hotel rooms because of this. I think it's said that uhaul also didn't take care of this or offer to reimburse me. Very poor customer service from all involved!!!!

The sales person, actually the Manger, never asked me if I wanted Insurance, but still "slipped" in the paper for me to sign. I know I should have asked what I was signing but he specifically asked the gentleman in front of me if he wanted the insurance and not me. We were actually having a normal conversation and never once did he ask me about the insurance. I did not plan on getting the insurance. I know it is only $14.00 but it is the point that I was mislead and "tricked" in to paying for it!!

I received a traffic ticket while using this 27 year old trailer. The registration for it expired Dec. 31, 2017. Now I have to go to court and possibly pay a fine. I called U-haul last night and was told the retail location would refund my rental fee and take care of any fine I may be accessed by the court. I was told I would be given a claim number by the rental location (because the customer service representative on the phone was having trouble with the web site. The location I rented from would not refund the rental and said they WOULD NOT be responsible for any fine. They also did not provide a claim number. The employee there said he would have his field manager call me. I have not received a call from anyone. So far, this is the worst rental experience I have ever endured. I called the customer service number again and waited for 15 minutes before giving up.

I was to pick it up at 9 am but there was a problem and didnt get it will way pass 10 or 11am. I had people at my home waiting for me and they moved and packed things I wasnt to go but I was stuck just trying to get a truck
