The lady that took care of us wasn't that friendly. She didn't listen to what I said we wanted instead she gave a price for a truck. Then she said she knows I said truck. My husband was there and he agreed with me. After we found out we needed to take It back to the storage unit. I tried calling the number she gave us starting at 2:00pm until 9:00pm Busy busy busy busy busy. When we got up I started calling her again busy busy busy. No one ever answered the phone. I don't know how it's supposed to work but someone should be answering the phone during business hours.

Kyle A.There were three other locations near my house and yet I had to drop it off at a farther one. Neither the pic up or drop off made sense. This just adds miles. I had personally taken tie to pick both locations but I was told they were changed after I had reserved and paid. I will not do this again.
