Called to see if i could return truck to this location and Jasmine transferred me to the general customer service number. I had to call back and Pam (i think) was helpful.

initially, it was a bad experience. i booked a 10' truck 2 days prior via your website. when we showed up, we were told the truck was not available as it had been already reserved. i asked how it is possible for me to reserve the truck if it was already booked and why i wasnt notified of the error. they said i was suppose to receive a text, but no text had come between booking the truck and arriving at the store. they rented us a van which was too small for our needs and required more trips to be made which significantly lengthened our workday. when i returned the truck, allison gave us a $20 break on the cost and apologized, which i felt was adequate compensation for the hassle. overall, it was an average experience, but at least the staff tried to make it right, which was appreciated.

We requested pickup for 6:30am and were told to call the 1800 number and we would get a code for the lock box. After several attempts calling, we were finally told we had to go online to get a code. After doing that, the truck we reserved wasn't even there. Finally at 8:30 am (2 hours after getting to the Uhaul store, we were informed to go to another location. I had already paid laborers to be on a job and i had to pay them to sit while we dealt with the Uhaul fiasco... We will rent from somewhere else going forward.

I have been to this location numerous times. There is always a line, which is okay but the workers behind the counter never acknowledge you to say we will be with you in just a minute. On my most recent visit, there were 3 people behind the counter. One on the phone, one busy with a customer, one staring at a piece of paper and her computer screen intently. No one even looked up to acknowledge that I was waiting. I finally stepped over to the one staring at the paper and she continued to ignore me for at least 3 minutes while she stared at her computer. She was then very unfriendly, almost to the point of rudeness. I have experienced this same lack of helpfulness and near rudeness on several occasions at this store. Very disappointing.

Pricing needs to be better. Thought a 10 ft truck would save money but still ended up being over $80. Would have been better off without the insurance. Hope not to use U - Haul again for a good minute.

The return processs of effective but without much care to the customer. I felt like I was taking my driving test and my return felt more like a test that I had to pass then a simple process. Also the initial pickup was a long wait since they seemed under staffed.

Why reserve online and then have to go through everything again in line? Kiosk would be a great addition. While I appreciate counter people being friendly, they spent a lot of time shooting the breeze.

This was the most frustrating experience ever. The employee (John Jr.) was totally unprofessional. I wanted a certain truck and trailer and reserved it multiple days in advance. When I picked it up they gave me a different truck with way more space than I needed and the wrong trailer even after I explained the vehicle I was hauling to them multiple times to include the minute I picked it up. When i called to tell them that they gave me the wrong hauler they acted annoyed and tried to blame it on me and told me to just return it and get a refund. I told them that I was already needing to leave to move that day and I couldn’t afford to not take my vehicle like I had reserved before. They transferred me around until I got to the returns department and the woman said that the baseline road location had one and she would let them know I was coming. When I got there “Nick” had no idea that I was coming and I had to waste even more time waiting for him to call around and find out what was going on. He was nice though and said that even though he didn’t have the trailer that the Kanis location told me the had, he would help me rig it to work. He got me two tie downs and contacted the Kanis store to let them know he was billing them for the equipment since they made so many mistakes. When John jr. got on the phone I could hear him complaining about the charge and then try to convince Nick to find a way to bill someone else for the tie downs. After putting them on they continued to come off during the trip and I had to stop multiple times to try to fix them. After all was said and done, I had to clean out the truck cab myself because it smelled like cigarettes and found almost a packs worth of smoked butts under the seat. Oh and they sent me on a 500+ Mike trip with a truck that had over 150k miles on it. TO SUM IT UP I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN FOR ANYTHING AND WILL HAVE NO PROBLEM TELLING OTHERS WHY IF IM ASKED. The only reason I didn’t go nuts during this ordeal is how nice and accommodating Nick from the baseline store was. Big points to him.

Rude outside staff again, dropped off here last rental and had same experience. This place is a joke. Unfortunately this is the main rental place in Little Rock. I will do my very best to avoid in the future.

Reserved equipment at this location, got an email confirmation that it would be available at this location. When I went to pick up the equipment they told me it was at a uhaul in another city! I picked another size trailer that was available, and it took nearly half an hour for the attendant to ring it up. I will never do business with uhaul again.

The app caused problems. It would not allow me to pick up the rental. When I checked in the rental, the handheld computer showed a 1,000 mi. charge but fortunately on the computer inside it said 65 mi.
