First of all when I received the truck there was only 3/8 of a tank of gas. There's a gas station 100 yards away and they din't bother filling it up so I could then return it full. Therefore I spent an extra $40 in gas with what I returned it with vs. what I received it. There was significant damage to the front bumper, the steering was vague and the cab smelled. On pickup I had to wait a good 20-30 minutes as they figured out which truck was available even though I had a reservation. Upon returning the truck two different employees told me I'd have to wait to drop off the truck. I just put the keys in the seat and told them to send me a bill. So no, I will not recommend or use this location again. And if all of uHaul's trucks are in this condition then I will not rent from uHaul again.

Make sure you give your customers good equipment. The truck wouldn't allow me go once I came to a stopping point. It would hesitate and also gave me a damaged tow dolly. Caused damage to my vehicle

They cheated me out of $6, owned it & didn't put it back onto my payment method as told. I was charged for 20 miles @ .99 cent per mile. I only went 14 miles. They also charged me for 2 day rental! I only had the truck for 4, and a half hours. Then were very rude when reimbursed me only for the additional day, and not mileage.

Disappointed that we reserved a 10” truck/van months earlier but had to use a 15” truck instead. Made packing more difficult with extra space and was not a comfortable drive.

We were scheduled to have a trailer hitch installed at the Geyer Springs location but they were not staffed to do the install so we were re-directed to the Kanis location. John was backed up with work when we arrived to have the trailer hitch installed. When we arrived, he basically dropped everything he was doing to get the trailer installed for us. He provided EXCELLENT customer service. Thank you, John!!!!

Make changes to your online reservation system. It aloud us to reserve a truck when there were none available. It was very hard to locate a truck. Very busy weekend.

Got a reservation number for a uhaul... got to the location they stated it was unavailable.. called the 24/7 number they gave me a replacement truck.. went thru the process that one was unavailable...had to wait till thr next morning to get the original after my reservstion was for 9:30pm. Spoke to 4 people noone got it under control.. one person said they would give me a 50 dollar credit but it was noted in the system the following morning...horrible

Site is a bit tight, for trailer hook ups, but probably nothing that can be done about that.

need to be more explicit when don't have trailer at requested location ( need to send text or separate email etc) should probably walk customer through trailer attaching step by step and give hints etc. maybe need an online video on how to drive trailer/ back trailer up when necessary /

I had the worst experience at this particular U-Haul location. They gave us the wrong truck with the wrong mileage, and they would not take responsibility for their error. They realized the error when Angela called me yesterday, and asked for our truck number. When I tried to contact her back about this issue, I was on hold for over 15 minutes before someone answered the phone, and then indicated that I needed to speak to someone in customer service. Well, no one ever came to the phone after another grueling 15 minutes or so. When we finally made it to the Kanis location to turn the truck back in, rather than working it out with us, they proceeded to say everything was our fault, and then overcharged us on the ticket because they could not figure out how to fix the issue they created in the first place. The manager was argumentative, and not cooperative, I felt he and his staff were totally unprofessional. I am highly disappointed, and dissatisfied with the service I received. I will never use them again! I cannot in good faith recommend this U-Haul to anyone.
