I was charged for cleaning, I have pictures as proof the vehicle was cleaned. I was charged a $49 rental charge and we did not rent anything additional. This is absurd and I'll never be doing business with Uhaul again.

After making several reservations and show up on location to pick up rental was for no reason cause they didn't have the truck it pushed our move back 3 days & we still didn't get the truck we wanted & needed. Very unhappy will not be using uhaul again
Uhaul corporate has the worse customer service. The individuals at this location were very helpful though.
i had rented several items (furniture dolly, utility dolly, and furniture pads) - none of them were in the truck when i went to pick up. everything that had to do with check in was great, i just expected the rentals to be there when i picked it up.
The ease of parking and self checkout was a breeze!! When I was late dropping off my truck and wasn't able to reach them, they called me and were so understanding about me getting it back late.
This location was amazing the minute I walked through the door. Very friendly staff and helpful above and beyond. Thank you once again!
Even with numerous people trying to return vehicles as the same time, we were able to complete the process very quickly and after a long day of moving my daughter's stuff back from Fayetteville, this was very much appreciated.

I used the app because I thought I would not have to go inside. However, I had to go in to get the clerk to unlock the back with a code in order to get the key. She did not know why I was not sent the code. Otherwise, all was good. Quick, friendly service getting the truck and returning it.
When we arrived, we saw that the employees were not wearing masks. This indicated to us that U-haul was not interested in their customers' safety. It took a long time to check in. Then we waited and waited and finally after 10 minutes or more we asked what the deal was and were told that they could not find the key to the truck we rented. So finally after waiting some more, they said they were going to give us another truck (a bigger one that we did not need or want). Then when they sent us the stupid text message that we have to deal with to check the condition of the vehicle, it had the wrong odometer reading of the mileage and we had to try to follow the instructions to put in the correct mileage. After fooling with this for another 10 minutes or more, the app told us that we could not change the mileage and to see an employee for help. When we did so, he told us not to worry about it and to go on. So, what should have taken us 5 minutes to get our vehicle wound up taking almost half an hour. NOT a good experience and not one that we will be inclined to repeat.
For starters this is Covid 19 and not a one of your workers were wearing masks and not doing social distancing very well. Did not give me the option to put the cost on the card that held the truck of pay with something different. I had already called and informed them that I wanted use an alternate payment. They told me I had to do that when I came in. So when I went to pay I was going to pay cash they decided they wanted to use my card without asking me. I am not happy.

The line was ridiculously long and I was charged the wrong price I have sent two emails and still no response! I originally reserved for the unlimited miles price for $80 total for the 10 foot truck I rented but when I returned it and they were closed I had to download the app and go through all the steps to return it and had no Idea until I receive my receipt that I was charged pee mile unlike the $80 I waa quoted!
No wait at least 4 visible employees. Dropping off was so easy

Not sure if I should get charged for the whole day when I turned it in at 7:49 instead of 7:00. I wish there was a way for my co driver ok the contract to add her card in online since she's the one who had it and kept it longer than the contract I paid for.
I had ordered 24 furniture pads. The uhaul worker stated they were in the back of the uhaul. When I went to return my uhaul there were only 2 packages which were only 12 furniture pads. I was charged for the remaining 12 pads that I did not receive and also charged a $70 fee for the missing 12 that I had not even received.
Odell and the rest of the staff are amazing. We have used this location several times in the past and everyone who is employed there has always been very helpful. Quick and hospitable service. Thank you!!

The service was excellent! Staff was particularly helpful in changing out the retailer for the correct size and the exchange and return was seamless. Staff met me on the lot both at pickup and return. Well done and thank you.
