Visit went better than expected compared to previous experiences with Uhaul in general not necessarily this location. Check in / check out each took only about 5 minutes tops. Truck was ready to go for us.

This truck was in totally ridiculous shape. tail lights, signal lights ..not working. Transmission issues . part of the front bumper hanging down. I was very disappointed...once I was told by other drivers about the tail lights and signal light. ...... Actually the overall state of the truck was inexcusable. I will think twice about renting from Uhaul.

Employees were all very helpful and seemed like they worked as a team. They were very polite and personable. I even committed later to someone that it must be a great work environment because I noticed the employees attitudes were so awesome!

As soon as I got in the store to get info about my reservation. Someone yelled to me - "yes- how can I help" person's voice very irritating and seems like this person hates the job - she gave me plain directions on how the process works. When I came back to drop the truck - I got inside the store and a girl with a rising voice said: GO BACK OUTSIDE - need to put keys back to the truck. It was my fist time doing this and I will never come back to this location - was not treat it like a customer- terrible!

They were helpful and got me on my way fast.

I was happy with the truck, the location, the dolly available in the truck (what a great idea!), and the staff for the most part, but I did have one concern. When my boyfriend and I returned the truck, we went inside to the front desk and waited for a while, but the lady at the desk politely told us to find the staff member outside to return the key. We looked around outside for several minutes, but did not see anyone. Finally, my boyfriend spotted a staff member leaned into another truck. My boyfriend politely asked if he was the person we were supposed to return the key to, but the man didn't respond. My boyfriend, thinking he hadn't heard, stepped closer to ask again. The staff member rudely snapped, "I see you there, sir!" and then stood up facing us and made a strange noise and gesture which, I think, was supposed to sound like horses being stopped on a carriage (??) as in "hold your horses." It was very odd and made me uncomfortable, especially since we had so diligently been trying to return the equipment as we were instructed to do and simply needed to be told that he was, in fact, the worker we were directed to. Thankfully, another worker came out to perform the check-out process, and he was polite and thanked us for our business. The man that made the strange noise, though, treated my boyfriend as a nuisance and not a customer who had just spent $130. He treated us like children or out-of-line students rather than customers.

I got there 15 minutes early to pick up the truck and I don't understand why they had to change my time to have the truck back the next day. To me that's pretty petty for a measly 15 minutes. I'll think twice next time about renting from you guys because of that 15 minutes. I even put an extra 10 dollars worth of gas for your truck. Please 15 minutes?

The truck glovebox and dash area had condensation (I guess?) in the cupholder and someone had spilled a coke or sprite - something sticky - on the dash area under the radio. Seems like someone should have seen that on check in and cleaned it. My truck was parked off all by itself, and not with all the other trucks lined up ready to go, so it seemed like someone didn't care that this truck was cleaned yet, but rented it out when it wasn't ready. Other 10' trucks appeared available, but I didn't measure them.

Our trailer leaked and some old books I was moving were damaged

Called and got van instead of pickup because Stephanie said van was easy to drive. She was right and got much more done than expected. She gave better estimate of time needed than I had thought and I had just enough to get lots done. Would do again.

There was a sticky substance in the passenger door, otherwise very clean.

Pads purchased were not put in trailer or given to me. Took 30 minutes to get two uhaul locations to communicate. I had to call receiving dealer would not take trailer until I could prove I didn't get pads. Still no refund of 5$ credited to my account.

Equipment functioned properly, however, it was obviously a very old unit. There were no mechanical malfunctions, however.

I was charged $49 before i could rent, and they could not tell me what is was for.

The tires, rear tires in particular, on the vehicle that I rented were worn and had very little tread. It was raining this morning and was unable to travel up two hills (not steep hills) due to the condition of the tires. I had to take an alternate route to get to my destination. This is a hazard for the driver and the company that should be corrected.

Improve on communication with customers when work challenges arise such as online/in-store miscommunication. The customer doesn't deserve to receive an attitude, poor service, or should even be aware of the issue other than receiving a new truck or product of there is an issue.
