Equipment had a lot of dirt on the outside. I spent 45 minutes at pick up because the store computer system said my F-150 couldnâ€™t pull the trailer I reserved online despite me renting this trailer before. I reserved trailer online by inputting my truck information.

The lady was nice but after moving all day and expecting the usual Uhaul drop off process, then not get it was surprise. It was a bit after 10pm, we went in to drop off the 26' truck and was told if we did not bring the blankets and dolly in there would be an extra $30.00 fee. No we are not lazy we've just never in the 15-20 times or more I've worked with U-haul have I had to do this. The next day I rented a small trailer to finish the move and as usual the new drop off location I choose accepted the trailer with the blankets inside at drop off.

Employee is very rude and usually the only person running both Uhaul and the gas station. Twice I've had a reservation that they cancelled without notifying me. I will never use this location again and would NOT Recommend.

I had a terrible experience and it was mainly on a mistake someone made at Uhaul. I rented a van and when I received it my contract said it has 232 mile. I got in the van and drove home about 2 miles away. I checked the odometer and it showed the trip was around 232 and the actual miles were 288. I drove it 45 miles and when returning the uhaul of course the man at the counter didnt believe me even when I showed him pictures time stamped. Can you guys help me resolve this?

I was very disappointed with the Indian Valero clerk ..she was very rude and disrespectful to us.. second...I reserved 2 dollies and a flat roller...and I only got one dolly...which made my MOVE VERY HARD !!!. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND ANYONE TO YOU GUYS AND WILL NEVER USE YOU AGAIN!!!!!

The unit was very dirty inside with food through out and the air conditioner did not work after loading the truck and on the road.

When we were approving our 2018 Jeep Wrangler over the phone, we were told lights would be provided. We did not know newer vehicles like our Jeep Wrangler didnâ€™t come equipped with trailer lights. It set us back a few hours and we had to change to a family memberâ€™s truck, but it wouldâ€™ve been a nice thing for Uhaul to know this about vehicles before approving them for the future. The Valero attendant wasnâ€™t even aware that newer vehicles had this characteristic. He told us we could buy lights at the nearby Uhaul so we did. We found out they need to be installed and an appointment will need to be made on another day. Other than the trailer light bump, everything went smoothly.

This was by far THE WORST possible experience I've ever experienced in my life!!!! First of all, I made the reservation online for the truck and thought I would be able to arrive and take the truck. WRONG!!! Upon arrival, I had to go through the entire process again like it never even happened. The online process asked me the estimated mileage and I entered it yet in store it's automatically set to 50 miles?! Why make the reservation if they're going to do it their way anyway? Then when the time came to drop off the truck, like ALWAYS, you are asked to refill the gas tank at the level it was at when the truck was taken. Since this is a gas station that leases the trucks, I figured I would just refill at this location. Once again WRONG!!! The pump wouldn't read my card to pump the gas and then the attendant gives me an estimate on how much gas it would require to refill to the original level?? NEVER had this happen before! But ok I pay said amount and go out to pump the gas and the pump doesn't even work?! They tell me that it's down and out of service? How am I to know that these idiots didn't just take my money and never gas it up?! Please folks, do not waste your time here. Not only is it not worth renting a truck from them, I wouldn't even waste my time buying anything from the convenience store either! There's a racetrac about a half a mile away, just go there instead. Whomever owns this POS company really needs to learn how to run a business and know that customer service and satisfaction is very key!!!

I rented a car trailer and the straps were too small so I had to buy my own straps and the ratchets attached to the trailer werenâ€™t working too. When I returned the trailer the guy basically said sucks and wonâ€™t give me my money back! When I didnâ€™t even use it.

The guy was busy so it was hard for him to be very helpful. He pointed to where I should drop the trailer and then had to go help someone else. Check in was quick though. This place was better than the first location I went to. They would not accept the trailer at all. Bad on them.
