Perhaps this and all U Haul locations can confirm the equipment is available earlier (3 days) prior to pickup. I've rented equipment from U Haul only to arrive at the location and being told the equipment is not at that location or unavailable.
Jake H.Chehalis did great, Moscow not so much. They wouldn't let me return the trailer on Saturday (said they were full) and told me I had to go to Spokane to drop it off. Spokane was overtaken by wildfires that day so they then sent me to Lewiston and when I finally got there it was closed. I was able to do a drop service but was treated terribly by the Moscow store manager and the regional manager said she would be giving me a $200.00 credit and It has not happened. Uhaul failed on this rental. I'm so unhappy with my experience. I was the Director at our local Chamber of Commerce for 10 years and understand customer service, this business approach in Moscow was unacceptable. They need training on how to be nice.
