The vehicle given to me drive fine but was absolutely disgusting both in the front and back of the vehicle. I had to sweep and mop it out before putting anything inside. Also, I'm the front of the vehicle, it looked like it has not been cleaned more than maybe a quick sweep since it was put into service. Other than that, the process was fast and it was great that they had last minute availability. The gentleman who helped me was nice and professional.

JOHN FClean the vehicles between uses. The vehicle we got was not in good condition at all. We had to sweep out and collect garbage from the back and the front seats were dirty as well.
Patrieca KArrived at pickup location and waited 30 minutes before someone was able to give me my keys. Location was completely locked up while the single employee was off doing something else. Upon receiving the truck, it had trash in it and had less than a quarter tank of gas.
