When I was doing the check-out of the truck on the app, I got a phone call. When I ended the call and went back to the app to finish the check-out, it had been “completed“ and I was no longer able to finish the check-out. So I was unable to document the conditions such as the check engine light, broken window handle and uncleanliness.
Glenna SWorker was missing at 8:45 AM and 4:45 PM. Worker had no dolly to rent when i reserved one. Worker did not tell me i could return truck after 5pm. Rushed back for nothing because we wasn't there and i had to check back in the truck and do his job for him.
RICHARD DThe vehicle given to me drive fine but was absolutely disgusting both in the front and back of the vehicle. I had to sweep and mop it out before putting anything inside. Also, I’m the front of the vehicle, it looked like it has not been cleaned more than maybe a quick sweep since it was put into service. Other than that, the process was fast and it was great that they had last minute availability. The gentleman who helped me was nice and professional.
