Train your employees better so they know how to do all transactions. I had to pay more for two one-way trips than I would have if the employee knew how to make a one-way truck into a round trip.

Was given a number to call to deliver my u-box and they do not answer the phone. Service to recieve my u-box iis very very poor. How and when i ever going to get my u-box delivered? Your over all service is very below average!

there needs to be some safeguards put in place to ensure that the contract details are explained properly and completely. There were multiple mistakes on my initial online contract, which were caught by the front desk personnel - however one important detail remained undiscovered until it was too late. I applaud your managers at this location for putting their customers first and making it work for me the customer. I will be your customer again and again in the future because of that.
