The woman who helped me at the counter of this location was so friendly and kind! Made the process so smooth.
SUSAN A.The drop off was as smooth as expected. The lady working there was incredibly helpful and she is a 10. But I should have been diverted to another location closer to home or one which was not quite as full as it took some time to find a spot to park the trailer. Maybe it is always that way as I rarely rent trailers so the issue could be on my expectation or the comparison to the pick up which may be unfair.
Kurt H.I had reserved a vehicle and an appliance dolly, when I arrived for pick up I was told that there were not appliance dollies at that location that the staff keeps asking to have some brought to the location and that hasn't been taken care of. I had to travel to a different location to complete what was needed. Please make sure your stores are stocked.
