When I got the truck to my home, the furniture dollies were not in the truck. I was very upset as I needed them. After being transferred to several different people, the manager of this facility (sorry, don't know her name) actually got in her car and brought them to me! That is customer service!

I was not offered Insurance until after I paid. I asked about it and they said that they would need to refund the entire transaction but I would not see the refund until 5 to 10 days and that they would re-charge the full amount but this time, adding the ins. Very un-exceptable. I didn't have the money to be charge this price, twice. Then when I got to my next location, I went into another u-haul dealer location to see how I can add this Ins. and I was double charged, based upon the amount that the U-haul store on Rainbow Blvd had told me. I had no choice, I did not want to drive the haul truck without Ins. I had no choice but to add it. The part that is unbelievable is that, U-haul was able to add the Ins. without canceling my entire order and having to recharge me for the entire trip, they just added the ins but also charging me double the price. This is after I booked for a 26 ft' truck more than 1 month prior for U-haul to call me the night before to let me know that the best they could do was a 20 ft' truck. BULLSHIT!!! Once again, I had no choice but to take what I could. Losing many things because a 20 ft' truck is not what I needed so I had to throw things away. I am very upset with U-haul and would never recommend anyone to use you guys.

The team member who helped me was very accurate and descriptive with the information he conveyed. Maybe he had a sense that I was in a hurry, so he was very pleasant and quick to gather the vehicle I had loaned. Ultimately, the whole process from beginning to end had undoubtedly ran with no prolonging issues and occurrences that would have turned this narrative from positive to negative.

Customer service here is terrible & they overcharged me. I drove 15 miles in the truck & they charged me for 22. They were supposed to call me & discuss the issue before charging my card bc I disputed the mileage, but I received no such call. I was also told to return the gas on the 7/8 line, but when I returned it they said it needed to be on the 15/16 line & tried to charge me for fuel. I disputed this too. They were just rude about it. Such an unpleasant experience & way more expensive than any uhaul I've used in the country. Sticking with Penske from now on! Thank your general manager at this location for that !!!!!

I had a reservation (and email confirmation) for a 17' truck. They argued with me that I had reserved a 15' truck. They finally gave me the 17' after some persistence. They said my card was declined twice, even though I showed them I had plenty of money in my account. When I tried to pay with cash, they told me a minimum of $100 was due when the screen said a minimum of $89 was due for cash payment. We argued about this until they finally charged me correctly and my debit card was accepted. When I followed the girl outside to wait for the truck to be pulled around, she went and got another customer's truck before getting mine. This customer had arrived 10-15 minutes after me and was still being checked out once I got outside.
