Jordan MI felt like a criminal. For the 1st time I went there and my id and credit card wasn't enough. The lady took photos of me photos of my id photos of the calls made to my husband. All these photos were taken with a cell phone. Not sure if it was hers or the company's. It was really overkill. I have been at this location quite a few times before and never had this happen to me before. I've never kept or stolen any of uhaul property I've always returned on time and I was made to feel like a criminal. Uhaul has been around for many years why start doing this now. I can rent a car with much less scrutiny.

David TI just had a short move I had to do and they made the process very easy and pleasant from the gal that did all the paperwork , to the gentleman who loaded the blankets in the truck and the gentleman who checked the truck when I returned it. I would recommend it to my friends.
Jeanne KUse a zip tie that is not designed to brake at the slightest movement on the dolly I didn't use and was charged $7 for. That's a 25% increase on a $29 rental. Total BS, I'll use Penske next time.

Carlie MThe lady on the counter was 100% incompetent. It took us 45 minutes to get a truck that we had reserved. Then when we took the truck back, it took us another 45 minutes to get our storage unit. I had asked her if the 10x6 unit would be big enough for the contents of a truck of the size we rented and she said it was. When it got to the unit, it was clear that she had no idea what she was talking about. We then spent another 30 minutes changing the reservation to a larger unit. In between all of this she took a call from a family member and chatting it up with them. I will never use U-Haul again EVER. We had a moving crew with us that cost us $350 an hour, so the experience at the store cost us almost $700.00 Worst customer experience ever.

I was told I was getting a 15 foot unit, $120/month on the first floor. When I got to the location, she told me they don't even have 15ft units. I ended up with a 10x10 that cost more money, was on the 2nd floor and it had a regular width door, so I wasn't even able to fit my refrigerator or larger furniture in the unit. This was after I had numerous other issues with my truck rental from Uhual the day before. I am very unsatisfied with Uhual right now. But as far as the people working at the Rainbow Blvd location everything was fine.

JEANNE CWhen I rent here I feel like a criminal. This location wants to know were I am going and even calls my alternate contact to confirm they are real. The local branch I go to a mile down the road treats me like a friend not a criminal. It's time to fix the attitude.
BARNEY SIt was a pleasure for me to have a great staff. They were very helpful to me. I'm disabled and they came out to me to help me. The general Manager Neisha Wilson went above and beyond to help me we uhaul messed up. I'm thankful for her making sure I wasn't in a bad situation when uhaul customer service gave me wrong information. She came through and honored the free month of storage without hesitation. It really went all long way for my family and I. The experience was disheartening at first and I was stressed about where our things were going. After explaining how customer service told me the unit wasn't available I had reserved. She told me she would give me the month free. Thank you Neisha Wilson for all the help you gave my family and I.

Paul II would like to share my recent experience with U-Haul’s customer service. It seemed that the individuals I interacted with before renting the vehicle and upon picking it up had contrasting approaches to service. The initial representative appeared somewhat disinterested, and the person during vehicle pickup seemed to provide minimal assistance and information. It would be greatly appreciated if U-Haul could ensure that their representatives are not only present but also enthusiastic about helping customers. Additionally, clear and comprehensive information when making inquiries would be immensely beneficial. For instance, when I purchased extra items like TV boxes, it would have been helpful if the staff had specified which box to take rather than leaving it for the customer to figure out. I believe that enhancing these aspects of customer service could significantly improve the overall rental experience and reduce the need for customers to interrupt staff due to incomplete information.

Please consider figuring out a way to streamline the process for low risk customers.

It was dirty, cab was littered with popcorn, the truck was bone dry of gas, but check in was good with the exception of the half tank of gas I should've been credited for.

Temp control is definitely a needed commodity when moving in or out of the Vegas heat. The facility is always maintained and very clean. The facility still looks as new as the first day I moved in. The staff is always professional and helpful, in the facility and on the phone when making my payments. Thank you Uhaul for protecting my belongings all these years! I would definitely recommend Uhaul when needing storage or when needing moving trucks, trailers or vans when moving. They are the original AND the best in the business!

JIllian T | Overall ExperienceWhile I never had an issue with security at this location, the RV behind ours did have a homeless person staying in it. The staff took care of it immediately once they caught him in there, and police were called, but it always had me concerned with the safety. With the rising rent costs, I felt it was time to make a cheaper change. My biggest issue with this location is that sometimes after the office would close, short term renters would block the entrance gate with a Uhaul truck they returned and I'd have no way to get into my paid spot - and I was within the "access'' time. One time, I came back the next day. Another occasion, I was just grabbing something from the RV itself and used the walk-way gate to walk back to my space. But, that should be addressed for customers who need access through the gate with a towed RV.

This place is very dirty! I brought it up with one of the girls and was given a list of excuses, including "The wind", the "renters next door" etc. None of which got anyone off their butts to actually clean the place up. There was actually bags of feces that were run over on the back that were there for at least a week. (It was not dog feces either. VERY disgusting) This is why I moved out and will not be recommending this Uhaul storage facility to anyone.

When I made my reservation for a truck and a tow dolly for my vehicle round trip I went 300 miles plus to get a tow dolly that should have been at the initial reservation site I was sent to two other locations for a total of 3 before I got my tow dolly and I was literally so far from the location I should have departed from that I lost a day and a half of travel time I spent far too much money to have been taken advantage of in this way. It was made possible by the location where I finally pick the tow dolly up that the tow dolly was affordable but I really need U-Haul to call me back at 541-862 0566 so that we can discuss an adjustment to the overall cost of my moving experience

Everytime I would come to my storage unit, it was outside of the guaranteed temperature range. I would call the manager Neisha (as the guarantee sign said to do...) and she would answer the phone angry, and every time, she said the "AC people are supposed to be on their way." No sorry or anything or even reassurance that it is a priority to them. Horrible customer service. Save yourself the hassle and do not do storage or a uhaul from this location.
