This store had the trailer that I needed and I wish that I wouldn't have been transferred like I was. I reserved a U-Haul close to me and the next day got a call that there wouldn't be any trailers at that location that was chosen and the pickup was transferred to another location. Then the day before I was to pick up the trailer I got a call that there wouldn't be any at that location and I would have to pick up the U-Haul and another location. That day I went to the location and they didn't have anything and I got transferred again. I had to then travel to the next site where they had lots of trailers. I did have one problem at this site and that was that the guy that hooked up the trailer and said everything was ok had the chains too long so they dragged while hauling the trailer. I got pulled over outside of Las Vegas and was given a warning about this.

The only problem I’m having is trying to figure out where my credit is for filling the gas to 1/4. They told me I would be credited but I have yet to receive anything. When we got the truck it was barley at 1/8. Infact the gas light came on right after we drove it off the lot. Other than that, great customer service and location!

Sabrina and her employees were very helpful. I would use this location over any of the others I visited in Vegas. I was also able to reach them on the phone. I was not able to reach any of the other locations and was on hold, multiple times, for more than 20 minutes being transferred to your call center.

Checking in was a very slow process due to only one attendant at the counter. When the attendant asked for back up, she was told by one co-worker he was going to take his break and the other one completely ignored her as he was standing next to her. She asked him again and he proceeded to walk away. Returning the vehicle was easy and fast. The attendant that assisted me was very polite and very professional.

Check the trailers and go over how they work before sending someone off on a long travel. My trailer caught fire because the person who hooked up the trailer to the uhaul didn't have the emergency brake all the way down.

U-Haul needs great improvement is in the areas of technology. I made a reservation for a truck at one location but then had to travel to 2 other locations before I was able to pick up a truck. I think your company can better leverage the plethora of enterprise level inventory management and tracking softwares/API's/SAAS so that the customer knows where they can pick up a truck in real time.

I needed a rental truck for 4 hours to move some furniture items. I reserved the rental truck on line to "speed up the rental process" by putting in my credit card info and DL number, etc beforehand . When I initially got the store around 5:15 pm there were two counter clerks checking people out, but one of them went on break and left just one person at the counter. There was 2 people in line ahead of me so I thought no big deal. After waiting in line for 20 minutes I finally got to the counter. I then found that I had to do the whole rental process over giving my credit card and DL number again. I was then given the keys to the truck that I rented and was told to go out the front door and give the keys to the attendant who would get my truck and I'd be on my way. I walked out the front door - no one was there and I stood there waiting for 10 minutes until an attendant came up and apologized saying that he was the only one working out front. He took my keys and went off to get my truck only to come back about 5 minutes later saying that he couldn't find it on the lot. After talking back and forth with other employees he hurried off and finally retrieved my truck. The rental slip said that the gas tank was filled to 1/2 full when actually it was 1/4 full. I was told that the attendant would reconcile the gas tank fill level with me before I took off, but he was too busy and just left the truck running and told me that I was free to leave. This whole process took over 45 minutes. After finishing using the truck I went to the gas station and filled the truck to over the amount shown on the rental slip because I did not want to argue over the amount of gas originally in the truck when I rented it since no one reconciled it with me before I left. I drove it back and returned it at about 8:30 pm. I went to drop the keys in the key drop box but a sign on the box said to first go on line and fill out some forms on the U Haul web site. I did as requested only to find that that process didn't work either, so I deposited the keys and the rental agreement and left. Overall this wasn't an enjoyable experience - things need to be looked at and changed.

I was renting u-haul many times and usually it's very easy return..just leave the keys and you done .. this time ( on Sunday 3th of June) and left truck in the front of office and went looking for someone to give key away.. so i was being told that that's not the right place for return and I have to move truck literally 10ft away. There was many man standing around there doing nothing ..who could do this. It wasn't busy day.. anyway I did that nonsense and tried to give key away another time but again was told that I have to go back in the truck and turn on lights so this guys can check lights working properly. .. this is really too much bossing me around so I can do your job. It was not pleasant experience at all. Other than that all is great Thank you
