I HAVE RENTED ON FEB 15th MORNING 8.22 AM AND RETURNED SAME DAY FEB 15TH AFTER HOURS AR 8.30 PM , HOWEVER TODAY WHEN I CALLED TO GET MY RECEIPT I FOUND OUT THAT MY CREDIT CARD IS CHARGED TWICE THE RENTAL NOW I HAVE CALLED AND THE CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS PROMISED THAT I WILL GET REFUND FOR EXTRA CHARGE BUT I HAVE TO WAIT 72 HRS TO GET MY CREDIT REFUNDED ...VERY UNPROFESSIONAL ...DO NOT APPRECIATE, NOW IN ORDER TO BRING BACK CUSTOMER THEY SHOULD CREDIT MY ENTIRE 1 DAY RENTAL ....

This Location is very clean and very helpful. But whatever drop off location they provided that is not a good place to return u-haul with towing...no place to park..very struggled to drop because of towing very hard to drive in city area. So before sending address please confirm that drop off location is equipped with all to drop and accept whatever customer rented

All staff especially the lady manager (sorry i forgot her name-too tired from moving) were exceptional. Customer service focused, clean equipments and facility, and efficient pick up and return system. This was a very positive experience for me. This is now my to go place if i ever need this type of services.

Not charge me an extra day of $34.95! I dropped it off on time. I never gotten a receipt or anything when I asked the agent they said it will be emailed. I returned it on the January 19th 2018 at 9am contract shows 10am 1 hour early. Then I get a email on the 21st that it was returned on the 20th at 11:47am! Not happy with this and not paying for this!

Everything was awesome. The only issue was the initial explanation where we were advised the "first 35 miles were free" and then it would be ".79c a mile thereafter" and that was not the case. Otherwise, the experience was awesome!! They worked with me via internet in scheduling my pick-up dates (which I had to change a couple of times prior to picking up the truck). The whole process was simple and pain-free!

The Decatur, Las Vegas, NV center is great to work with. I prefer to rent and return to them because there is never any complications. I have rented from other facilities in Las Vegas and have had issues.

This location told me that my balance for everything was $55.25,but they lied because they took $66.dollars off my car. I trusted not to get a paper receipt but an email and the different is almost eleven dollars .

Nothing. Everything about this location is awesome. We travel pass several locations just to get to this one. They have wonderful customer service. The manager knows her customers needs and wants. Amazing place to rent from. We love Subrina the manager.

Your front desk customer service was the worse I have ever seen. Me and my family have been using your company for over 20 years. I have never seen such unprofessional, uneducated, unschooled, illiterate, harebrained U-hual front desk customer service in your company. They need to work on how to make your customers happy also ask what form of payment we will be using before starting any service. Once I made it home I called the store I picked up my trailer from an the front desk work forward my call to a male who I new was in higher position and he did nothing to ease the unhappy service he just pretend he did not know anything about Polices and Procedures and offered the corporate office number instead. I feel that my race placed a major part in my service being young African American women. I felt discriminated against and my concerns meant nothing to them because of my race.

The staff there were very friendly and helpful, especially when my sunglasses had fallen down behind the chair and they found them for me. However when I had to confirm with them that I would be at the location at my pick up time and then after signing all the paperwork still had to wait 30 mins for them to bring the truck and trailer around when the location didn't appear to be busy and then the seat had stains all over it and didn't appear to be cleaned.
