Improve your algorithms so you don't make false promises to your customers. Why do you offer products that you can't end up providing? In addition to that, receiving a notification the night before moving is extremely stressful and all I got was $50 refunded. Guess what that does not cover the additional equipment I had to purchase to make it work with the uncovered utility trailer (I reserved an enclosed utility trailer). If you're going to make changes they should be upgrades, not downgrades. I will never use U-haul again.Olivia T.

Worst experience I have ever had with U-Haul the staff was absolutely not helpful at all. It started with the truck not being at the correct location and having to drive far to get to the next truck. Getting the equipment an hour late which made me late to many appointments. The staff inside not helpful. The staff that returned the item NOT HELPFUL. still charged for something I did not receive which I told would be taken care of. Now I have to call and deal with that you guys have taken SO MUCH OF MY TIME. I am not happy.AMBER NICOLE F.

Vans alignment was waayyy out of wack, and alot of slop in the wheel, seemed to not have a 2nd gear, as it went 1, 2 quickly, 3 for a looooonnngg time, then 4th gear. Truck was all over the road when driving it. Check engine light was on and the tow/haul light was on as well. I never fill these "rate your experience" surveys out. But someone needs to know that uhaul rents out unsafe feeling equipment.steven F.

There were no bath rooms . The staff told me to go Nextdoor?? I'm not doing business next door ?? I'm at Uhaul! I thought. I peed my pants; 76 years old. Embarrassed: Where does the staff go to the bathroom??? Someone is using a big lie ; for there own short laziness. Many rent a can companies! Enterprice has a bathroom and let's a lid man use it.
