Beware of this location. I rented a 1 way truck, returning at this location. I rented the truck in Los Angeles with 1/4 tank of gas, returned it with 1/4 tank. When I received my email receipt I had a $30 refueling fee and a $28 gas charge. When I called to dispute the woman said I returned the truck at 1/8 tank. I didn’t take a picture of the mileage/gas level as I usually do so I had no proof. If returning to this location, make sure you have documentation.

Kenneth VUpon returning the truck, I filled the gas to the exact same level as when I picked it up. However, I was still charged an additional fee. I’m not sure why I was charged, and I would like to request a refund for the extra charge. Please look into this and let me know. Thank you.
DILARGACHEW NMake sure you have all the extras (dolly, blanket, boxes, etc) ready for the customer. Got charged for the dolly and it was not inside the truck making me spend extra money/milleage/time. Got back to the location 3:55 pm (closes at 4:00 pm) and nobody was there
