Nice office. Clean. Easy. Not overcrowded
Kayla B.No one discussed the rental, the location entrance is poorly marked an visible. For a 400 mile move the location gave us 48 hrs to load, travel an unload . Doesn't answer the phone when truck doesn't start an customer center doesn't call back .
Gary C.I prefer a clean vehicle and I didn't like the attitude I detected from the lady there. But, it's cool, I am over it! I cleaned out my stuff but while renting the middle console have things in that compartment like open candy, trash and dried flowers. I didn't clean it out so that I could show later that they didn't even bother to clean that truck NOT ON THE OUTSIDE OR SIDE. So I will not return personally. I received my ending contract/receipt and they have been paid. I have a video of the damages prior to my rental so we are complete.

kevin G.Jaime Sabagana, the manager, needs to be removed from her position. I rented the 20' truck and the tire blown out on the way returning it. I stayed in the office until they close, and I asked Jaime whether I'll be charged any additional fees. She said no. However, after I returned home and saw the email receipt, I was charged for fuel, fuel service charge, Dolly utility for about $60 more than I should. My total mileage was 48 including the 30 extra miles for pick up the truck from this location. When I returned I called Jaime and informed her of my stopping and getting 4 gallons of gas. She still charged me for 4 gallons of gas and fuel service charge even without telling me while I was sitting across from her desk. She is the worst manager ever. When I called her on the phone asking questions about this charges. She hung up my phone. When I stopped by the office to ask for information, she gave me a very bad looking face.

STEFAN HAWLEY G.The location was closed when I arrived. Their gate was locked and no one answered their gate intercom system. I had to find a temporary location to leave the trailer overnight, then return the next day. There were no personnel available on either day to assist me.
