My gosh, y'all need to be more professional! I got a call for corporate in Corpus Christi saying my truck would not be available after all THE NIGHT BEFORE MY MOVE!!!! What? Thankfully, I called the actual store and they confirmed this was wrong. I still panicked so much though. The people at the store were nice though. The uhaul was very dirty. Also, the address is wrong everywhere, including your website. I would not rent here again, sorry.

Rental trailer was not available where I had reserved it. Had to go to another facility to pick it up, plus U-Haul didn't have the size a had reserved. Had to go with a smaller one which was not sufficient at all. However the U -Haul was clean and handled very well. I would like the opportunity to speak to someone in regards to these incidents. It just made my trip to lengthy and frustrating Thank you Allen (956) 286-6302
