Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI was supposed to pick up at a different location, when I arrived at the first location they didnt have it. My reservation didnt change on the app. I was sent to cigs for less. While that experience was fine as far as pickup I wasnt offered a discount by uhaul, not cigs for less for the inconvenience of going to a different location further away costing me more in Miles and gas. The truck itself was fine in the cab but upin ipening the back it was filthy, old cups and stuck on mess throughout. We cleaned it as best as well could before moving our stuff.
Angelica SI would prefer a U-Haul place that did not sell cigs, bongs, cigars, etc, as well as items for adults (pills for sex). I found the sex pills to be really inappropriate for a U-Haul place. My first reservation was for a 15’ truck and the air conditioner did not work. I found this out after driving it home. I had to return it. I did get a free upgrade to a 20’ truck, but I had to visit the same location with adult items. Overall I did not like my entire experience. I personally visited my local U-Haul place and expected to pick up my truck from them. I also did not receive my requested appliance dolly, so it had to be delivered, which caused a delay to my day. This was not my first U-Haul rental. All other times were wonderful experiences. The ideal that I personally visited a local U-Haul place to make my reservation, then I got sent to another location, really did not sit well with me.
