Marlena PerrinThe worker told me that I had to hook up the trailer myself since he did not want to be liable for it. I am not a young man, and the effort in lifting the enclosed 6x12 trailer is still affecting my back. I went back in and asked for assistance, at which point he did come out and help. I ended up driving it to another location where the gentlemen working were more than happy to check, and correct, the hookup.
Chris BeckerI will not recommend u haul again, after the truck broke down, customer service did not keep me informed on when and how I would be continuing. l had to keep, calling and after my moving nightmare. The manager l spoke with to resolve my concerns has had, Two weeks and a few calls that I’ve initiated and as of this review nothing. I’m retired military and retired law enforcement so I don’t usually write reviews but felt this one needed to be done.

David lewisThe business opened late, which made me late for my event. The truck was damaged but the company pictures showed no damage. As I tried to upload the damage pictures, the employee asked for my phone, then approved the contract before giving back the phone. I called U-haul & told them about the damage. I also took time-stamped pictures for proof. The inside was dirty & smelled strongly of cigarettes. I will use a different U-haul location next time.

MAURI SHEHEEFrom the time I arrived to when I got on yhe road, it took overv3 hours. Afterv2 hours, check out was complete. I loaded the car on a trailer covered in dirt. Went strap the wheels down to find the straps had been cut by previous renter. Had to unload car and then go to another uhaul to get straps replaced.
Tim BarberVery nice people . Great customer service. Truck was clean, kind of felt like the tranny was slipping or something was off but worked and ran great other than that. The manual roll up windows wasn't the most convenient. I couldn't reach to roll the window up when I was on the freeway but no big deal. Would recommend.

George SafaraDid not have enough moving blankets, wanted 36, only had 16. Truck pictures used for web pickup did not match condition of truck. Clerk at store said if I disputed pictures I could not have the truck. I took the truck because I needed it and it ran great. I explained the moving pad and truck pick up situation to him. He was very professional and apologized for my inconveniences.
Luis JimenezOne wiper blade was missing, and the other was barely attached. I did not notice this until it began to rain on the trip. The window was also cracked, but that was marked. Not a great experience. I would probably explore other options before using U Haul again.

theodore walkerSo I was told that the gas was at 3/4 tank. Got in, it was only at 1/4 tank!! But the person who drove the truck didn’t know it was supposed to be at 3/4 so since I didn’t drive it I didn’t know that it wasn’t at 3/4 so I spent $60 just to get it back at 3/4 and the person just showed me a pic of what the tank was before us driving off of the property and it was only 1/4 so I would hope that I could get reimbursed for the gas I spent because the owner didnt actually check the gas once the last customer used that truck obviously!!
Breeannah BlackshearThis guy was even more rude than the one before. I told him I returned My truck around 8:30-8:35 am and he was arguing with me that I did not return it. He said I had to do it within business hours however my appointment to return was 8am. Yes I was late to return it by 8:30 but he could have been more nice and had better customer service. He was so rude when I asked him to repeat my email back he couldn’t and I am still yet to receive my email from him so I’m unsure if it was correct. Overall I will not recommend these U-Haul places. It saddens me because I’ve used U-Haul many times before and this was the worst situation I’ve been in.

rene guzmanMake sure that when a customer requests a rental be picked up in the surrounding neighborhood, that that request be honored. I had to drive an hour each way at my expense to pick up the UHaul rental. I reserved the UHaul over a month before the pick up near my home. Not acceptable! Ever!

Gerardo LinaresThe trailer was not at the location we were told to go to. After we found the new location the only person who could help us was not there, and did not arrive for 30 minutes, and when we finally got hooked up we discovered a boot on the t railer wheel and we had to wait for it to be removed. All in all the process took well over an hour.
