Customer service line should notify a customer that when they are reserving a Truck for the day that it isn't 6 hrs .... when picked truck at location was told I had to have back by 2:30 ! Not a great way to treat a customer !

Well my first drop off place was on 10th street in lancaster and it no longer excepted uhaul trucks and i believe your company should have updates on all places. So i had to find another uhaul center and walk home in a new city i wasnt aware of. So please make sure certain drop offs are still available.

Concerned about a wire that was not connected. We did have full light functions, and I do not believe there were any electronic brakes on this trailer.

I was told that the office closed at 1, but I could drop the truck off the next morning. I worked early the next morning so I wanted to drop it off before 1pm. I got there at 12:45 and the office was already locked. A tad unprofessional.

When I called the U-Haul call center, they stated that all pick-ups come with a hitch. When I got to this location, I found out I'd either have to buy a hitch or rent one from the U-Haul place down the street. It cost me an additional $15! I was not happy with the call center. The young man in the shop called the other U-Haul store to make sure they had a hitch and asked them to hold it for me. He did a good job.

I was fine with the location but was unhappy with the website because when I made my reservation it only offered me two locations for pick up and when I saw the Sierra Hwy location in Lancaster I was expecting it to be the one closest to me and it was not. It was not the most convenient to my location so I was surprised. I was fine with the service I received but felt that the other location would have been a better choice. I know they had plenty of trucks since the day I picked up my truck I had to go to the other location for boxes and they had quite a few trucks out front.

Jesus Perkins was one of the best Uhaul representatives that my husband and I have ever worked with. Even though no trucks were available, he put us at ease letting us know when the next arrivals would be andguickly made a reservation for us. Also, upon our return, he was working very hard with other customers but did not ignore our arrival, greeted us with a smile and took time with us when he was done with the others. We were processed quickly. We enjoyed the professional and uplifting exchange to what could have been a stressful timeframe!

Do away with trying self check-in. Myself and 3 others kept attempting to do it. Found it was much quicker and easier to go to a real live person who was very efficient and helpful.
