EVERYTHING! From booking the U-Haul to picking it up, to calling to confirm, to dropping it off! Everything was HORRIBLE! I was so upset and disappointed at the way your team members conducted business. Only reason I kept the appointment, was because it was so last minute no one else had what I was looking for that last minute. Next time I am willing to pay an extra $300 to go with Penske since they know how to treat their customers.

I reserved a 10' truck more than a week in advance, and received confirmation. Then 2 days before my pick-up, I received an email confirming pick-up of a 15' truck from a totally different location. I called the new location and told them I really wanted only a 10' truck, so they told me to call the U-Haul general number. I then was told I could get a 10' truck at yet another location. Then the morning of pick-up, I got another email and a phone call from ANOTHER location to confirm a 15' truck reservation. I called that location and was told to call the general U-Haul number again to ask for a 10' truck. They located a 10' truck for me in another location further away, but gave me additional miles since I had to go further. This runaround about getting the right truck for my needs on the day of my move was very stressful and irritating! U-Haul should not confirm a reservation if they cannot honor it, and they shouldn't wait til the pick-up day or day before to give customers the runaround about finding the right truck for the confirmed initial reservation.

improve your reservation service on line. I reserved a truck and when I got thee they had a cargo van instead. I spoke with a reprehensive on the phone and reserved a truck at this location because the location I reserved on line said they had a truck and turned out they didn't. There seems to be a lack of communication between reservations and the truck location. How that can be fixed I don't know. I had to wait almost an hour for a truck and then given a deadline to have it back. Very frustrated.

The young man who checked me out (Connor) took over 25 minutes to process the transaction. He kept saying it was the computer. I was using my debit card. Finally he asked if I would process the transaction as a credit and it went through. Very frustratrating. He was polite though. The young lady who helped with the return was very friendly and efficient.

Check operation of components like roll door damaged on right side previous to my rental . I did mark on the contract problem area. Upon returning unit to U Haul location 1 day before duec, I inadvertently locked keys in truck. I contactedclocation oersonnel went to retrieves 2nd Key .. wasinfitned they had no extra key. inconvenienced me to figure it out myself. your recording states leave keys in the locked trunk when I return early to the UHaul location! I asked shyvtheyvdid not inform about NO e tea keys. I was told if I needed a key they had a second set. Over Hall and

Were scheduled to have an enclosed cargo trailer at another location in parkland area but when we arrived and hooked it up the lights were broken and it was the only available enclosed trailer in town at the time. This was more than inconvenient because it was raining that day and and we had a tight schedule. It would have been nice if the original location had checked their equipment ahead of time so we could have known to make other arrangements. We had to drive around town looking for whatever we could find last minute because of that.

Truck i got was new and nice..Milage fees were almost as much as rental fees... Price per mile it's a bit expensive but over all I needed a truck to move a couch and it worked out

A cracked windshield; a cracked instrument panel cover; metal scraping sounds emanating from the brakes -- it appears there needs to be a better review of the rental vehicle by staff before making available for checkout. Luckily I was only a local rental. Also, I reserved a vehicle at a location closer to my residence, however UHaul changed the pickup to a location further away. Now, why should I have to pay the extra per mile rate for the round trip difference between the location I signed up for, and the changed location assigned by UHaul?

I was told that I had a guaranteed reservation for Dupont area. But it didn’t have a cargo van. I picked up the van in Lakewood instead. The online notes indicated a discount. I asked a second time when I picked up the van this morning for the discount. I was told I would get it when I’m done. When I returned the van. I did not get my discount. I’m sorry but not honoring a commitment is a good way to lose my business.
