I visited this location 2 times and they were Avery accommodating. We rented 2 20 ft trucks and a large enclosed trailer. We had some trouble finding our requested equipment but Discounted our rental to accommodate. We were very satisfied with the service. They even had problems with their internet and still got me in and out. Thank you for all your help.

For a long haul one way rental, please have a vehicle with cruise control. The truck did not have cruise control, which was inconvenient for an 800 mile trip.

The representative where we dropped off the truck in Arizona met us outside as we drove in, she did her magic with her hand-held gadget, and had us on our way in about 5 minutes. She was pleasant and professional. There was nothing for us to do; all paperwork was done when we picked up the truck. She did a quick check to make sure the items we rented (their heavy duty dolly and packing blankets) were present and we were on our way in no time. The whole rental experience was a pleasant one.
