Your support people need better training on location of equipment and accessories. When I talked to the on-line support, not the people at the I60 West Storage location, they told me that mattress sleeves and packing blankets were in stock. This was not the case when I picked up the truck and we had to make do without these accessories unless I drove 20 miles out of my way to get them out on Rt 27. Previously, I had ordered a 5x9 ramp trailer from this same location only to get a email update saying I had to go the same 20 miles out of my way to pick it up. I cancelled this trailer based on this rescheduling fiasco. I did not find Uhaul (the company) to be customer friendly at all with regard to these problems.
