The facility itself is great. The individual who serviced me was helpful. The reason I wouldn't recommend this location is strickly where it's located. It's at minimum 2 miles from gas stations, and if you pass the last gas station (like what happened with me), the traffic can be really bad and cost you (like it did with me). There are other locations more centralized in more industrial areas where traffic doesn't affect you.

Excellent service .... Was in and out in five minutes. And, the return was quick and easy. Used Pro Movers as part of the u-haul application... they were A+ as well.

It's just a little hard to get into/it's a bit hidden but besides that, no complaints!! The guy was super helpful and explained everything perfectly. Easiest move ever.

Need emergency equipment rental, truck available at the last minute. Day went long due to traffic problems. Able to due late drop off. VERY good service by employee Mike in person and on the phone. Real last minute life saver at reasonable rates.

The only thing I would suggest is to be sure to let the customer know where the headlight on/off switch is before the rental starts; I assumed it was on the turn signal indicator, just like most cars, but it's not. Otherwise everything went very smoothly. The staff was very helpful.

The gentleman at the counter was very helpful and friendly. I've rented here before and the prior employees (woman and man) were not friendly and tried charging me more for gas. I hope the prior people are gone. I hated renting there.
