Drop off time was scheduled for 7:00pm but the location actually closes at 4:00pm. Got charged a late fee because of this.

Beau G.The girl - can't recall her name- in the office was nice and helpful. We couldn't get the trailer on. The owner was running late and was able to get it on but wasn't very friendly. Then we got back after hours like they said and we could not get the trailer off the truck. I called the owner and he was not helpful. Had to call the police to come help me as we'd already loosened it and didn't feel safe driving off in it.
