Beau G.The girl - can't recall her name- in the office was nice and helpful. We couldn't get the trailer on. The owner was running late and was able to get it on but wasn't very friendly. Then we got back after hours like they said and we could not get the trailer off the truck. I called the owner and he was not helpful. Had to call the police to come help me as we'd already loosened it and didn't feel safe driving off in it.

Ebony P.I was supposed to pick up in Opelousas and I was switched to Lafayette the night before. When I arrived at 8 the next morning no one was there. I was then sent an email saying I had to pick up using a mobile app. It took me 3 hours to get it done. The truck was on empty. I was told later I went over the mileage but I was sent to the wrong pickup . I was supposed to get a 50% discount. I did not get it.
Maurice B.The entire checkout process just to pick up the truck was an absurd hassle that didn't even work at first. After calling and being on hold for at least half an hour with one transfer I had to cancel my reservation for movers because the entire process was taking far too long. Then upon finally getting it sorted I find that the truck is missing one of the two dollies I reserved. After dropping the vehicle back off less than 12 hours later out of a 24 hour reservation I was hit with an absurd extra $30 charge. Will not be renting from uhaul again.

dennis P.Make sure that the equipment is actually working before giving it to us... The number that was provided was incorrect so when I needed help with an issue that never got resolved was pretty much impossible without having to go back to this location.

JIM M.The lady who checked in my truck was great. Her supervisor, who I believed is the owner, was incredibly rude to my Dad and I. He yelled at us to "close his door" while we were having a seconds long conversation in the doorway. I won't be back for anything and I'll tell everyone I know to avoid it.

Edmond A.The Place was clean and so was the truck after having it a coiuple of days it was drinking oil but nothing that was the shops fault. I discovered after buying some that they had actually put a quart in the back just in case this place is my go to. The bad experince came in with the moving help which ripped my wife off for 400$ extra cash !!!! but not after showing up almost two hours late when we had a specific time to be moved out which cost us almost 4000$ for numerious violations and a monthly rental charge for being past move out time. not to mention one of them stayed on his phone the entire time or sat his nasty ass on my furniture i am extremely mad and will be calling an attourny.

Timothy B.Correct your phone system. Calls revert to a fax without any type of notification and it makes you think you have dialed a fax number instead of the direct number to the place. Possibly place an outgoing message if you are not available to answer the call.

Jobe A.First I was giving a rental that I did not select on web. If what I wanted wasn't available at that location, another location shouldn't been suggested that had what I wanted. I didn't complain I just made due with what was giving to me but now I get my receipt and I'm being charged for gas I put in the truck before returning it. I know I put gas passed the 3/4 mark.

SHARI C.We were not acknowledge when we walked in. They asked for a credit card and gave us no instructions on the operation of the tow dolly. Nor did they make us aware of the return policy or tell us that they were not open on Saturdays to return the equipment. Service stunk I was not pleased.

VIRGIE E.The smart phone registration...it said not to do it until you were at the vehicle. That ended up taking us 15 minutes to do, most of that time was after scanning my drivers license and awaiting approval. The setup should be in two parts. One the registration and the 2nd part once you arrive, get the keys, and inspect the vehicle.
Zeke D.I feel it was dramatically overpriced. I received no paperwork at the time of rental and was told the contract would be emailed to me but was sent well after the fact. Also the fuel level was 3 quarters full (I returned the truck full) and i didnt get confirmation on the mileage. As of yet My 100 (96) dollar deposit was not returned to my card as promised. I returned the truck on full so i should be cridited whatever the difference is. Overall it was not a great experience.

Jeremy B.That lock used to secure box of truck needs to be lubricated regularly. We(uhaul tech and I )had to destroy it due to malfunction. Or use keyed locks designated to each truck. Was not a big problem.

I put in a complaint to your corporate office about them but NO ONE returned my call. After being a loyal customer for many years, I will never use your services again. I should have been given at least a partial refund for my troubles but nothing.

NANETTE S.All of my other Uhaul experiences have been excellent, but this facility is a very poor representation of Uhaul. When picking up the trailer he conected it to my hitch and then said, "you can connect the chains and the lights yourself." then he walked away without checking the lights or anything else. When I returned the trailer I went into the office and completed the payment he said, "OK, your good to go." I had to ask him to come and unhook the trailer from my car." Very unprofessional and no up to Uhaul standards.
James A.finding a location that had what i needed was difficult, i think the site needs to be updated. i went to one location that was no longer there and the other one only had 2 box trucks. the one i rented from had horrible service.
randy T.The man at the desk was rude and unhelpful. 1.) He did not help me when I first arrived. I had to wait 5-10 minutes while he argued with AT&T over the phone. He then proceeded to shuffle his personal paperwork around while I waited. 2.) He did not have what I ordered. The truck was too big and he did not have a hand cart/pulley that I ordered. 3.) He was rude when I asked if he could help me put my car on the tow dolly. 4.) He rushed through the paperwork when he finally got to me.
JOHN B.The guy has poor ratings online and when I went into the establishment, I could see why right off the bat. The place was junky and his attitude was terrible. I walked in and said hey, I'm X and I'm here to pick up the uhaul. He never once looked at me, shake my hand, greeted me or anything. He literally kept typing on his computer for a few minutes and then said "sit". After a bit more I was feeling ackward as heck so I tried to make more conversation. Noticed a plaque on the wall that says uhaul, 25 years. I said wow, 25 years you've been with uhaul. He goes, hmm.. gets papers out and says sign sign and sign. You get the picture. Probably will never pick up from him again, even if he is closest to me.
