The smart phone registration...it said not to do it until you were at the vehicle. That ended up taking us 15 minutes to do, most of that time was after scanning my drivers license and awaiting approval. The setup should be in two parts. One the registration and the 2nd part once you arrive, get the keys, and inspect the vehicle.Zeke D.

I feel it was dramatically overpriced. I received no paperwork at the time of rental and was told the contract would be emailed to me but was sent well after the fact. Also the fuel level was 3 quarters full (I returned the truck full) and i didnt get confirmation on the mileage. As of yet My 100 (96) dollar deposit was not returned to my card as promised. I returned the truck on full so i should be cridited whatever the difference is. Overall it was not a great experience.Garry B.

That lock used to secure box of truck needs to be lubricated regularly. We(uhaul tech and I )had to destroy it due to malfunction. Or use keyed locks designated to each truck. Was not a big problem.Walter L.

All of my other Uhaul experiences have been excellent, but this facility is a very poor representation of Uhaul. When picking up the trailer he conected it to my hitch and then said, "you can connect the chains and the lights yourself." then he walked away without checking the lights or anything else. When I returned the trailer I went into the office and completed the payment he said, "OK, your good to go." I had to ask him to come and unhook the trailer from my car." Very unprofessional and no up to Uhaul standards.James A.

The man at the desk was rude and unhelpful. 1.) He did not help me when I first arrived. I had to wait 5-10 minutes while he argued with AT&T over the phone. He then proceeded to shuffle his personal paperwork around while I waited. 2.) He did not have what I ordered. The truck was too big and he did not have a hand cart/pulley that I ordered. 3.) He was rude when I asked if he could help me put my car on the tow dolly. 4.) He rushed through the paperwork when he finally got to me.JOHN B.

The guy has poor ratings online and when I went into the establishment, I could see why right off the bat. The place was junky and his attitude was terrible. I walked in and said hey, I'm X and I'm here to pick up the uhaul. He never once looked at me, shake my hand, greeted me or anything. He literally kept typing on his computer for a few minutes and then said "sit". After a bit more I was feeling ackward as heck so I tried to make more conversation. Noticed a plaque on the wall that says uhaul, 25 years. I said wow, 25 years you've been with uhaul. He goes, hmm.. gets papers out and says sign sign and sign. You get the picture. Probably will never pick up from him again, even if he is closest to me.richard R.

Upon arrival to drop off my unit, I was never greeted when I entered the business , I guess that's a personal thing, it was first thing in the morning, however never greeted!! The person never talked to me until he told me I owed extra money for mileage, in which I called ahead and asked for extra mileage do to detours due to flooding!! Not nice at all! I paid and left!!! The operator was rude and unprofessional. His computer was old and outdated. We walked into the dingy office and the guy did not even greet us. We gave him our information and he began to type things into his computer (which seemed to take forever). He did not speak as any of this was happening. We hooked the trailer to the truck. NOBODY advised us the truck should have been loaded before we hooked the carrier to the UHaul! The surly operator hooked the carrier to the truck but refused to help us get our vehicle onto the carrier without us paying him extra!!! Needless to say when we got home we were unable to unhook the carrier so we could load the truck. We spoke to four people with UHaul trying to get help unhooking the carrier-WE COULD GET NO HELP!!! We couldn't let down the moving ramp, making moving extremely difficult. I WILL NEVER USE UHAUL AGAIN!Cardell R.

Asked for a truck in Alexandria la and scheduled me one in Shreveport instead. That issue was resolved with ease but I had questions and when I called to speak with a representative I spoke with the most condensending and rudest person I have dealt with on the phone. He did not answer my questions and was condensending to me. When I asked to speak with someone else who could be more helpful he argued with me and continued being rude and would not connect me with someone else so I had to hang up. When I called again I spoke with a very nice woman who answered all of my questions very easily and quickly. In the future I will look for other moving truck before I choose uhaul simply because of this. My day was stressful enough without having to deal with some jerk over the phone when I'm paying as much as I did for the truck and was busy with my day. I deal with people everyday over the phone with my job and have never been treated this way by someone I'm giving my money too.STEVEN W.

Have the vehicle at the place I selected to pick my rental up. When I went to the location I selected I was advised that they did not have a vehile that met my requirements. They told me I would have to go to another location the next day since the location that had a vehicle that met my needs was closed for the day. This was very inconvenient and caused me to load the vehicle without help due the the delay. I will not use U-Haul again.DOUG W.
