My scheduled pick up was 9:30, I wasn't taken until 10:15. Uhaul changed my pickup site. Originally I was set for Milford PA. Uhaul changed my pickup to Lackawaxen PA which was 30 mins out of the way after already getting on the road 45 mins later than planned. Then my drop off location was changed miles away from the previously arranged drop off. After calling and complaining that I would be on foot after dropping off, it was then changed back.
KEVINJ B.The owner of this location doesn't like renting trailers. He didn't want to trailer back when I was done. But I couldn't afford the one-way drop off fee. I was charged the 6 x 12 rate even though I reserved a 5 x 9 trailer. I was never told a 5 x 9 was not available until I got to the location and the only trailer he had was a 6 x 12. I rent a 5 x 9 trailer over 40 weekends a year for four years. This is by far my worst experience. Plus I was overcharged.
