The van was clean, but The van I rented was not work well, I fill the gas more than what it expected, but from gas station to Uhal for depo it is around 2 kilometres it reduced and reached below the expected line, I don't know why!! One of the employees said maybe it is a technical problem, then the Uhal charge me for 19 $. It wasn't fair, I am not satisfied about that.Mohsen M.

Prices are good but waiting 40 minutes to pick-up an online reservation of a bag of covers is quite long. There should be a place where we can pick-up stuff like this apart from the truck rentals counter. Even though I reserved online, I had to give all my information again plus a second phone # once I finally got there with my reservation #! The clerk was perfect, nothing to say about him. Speed up the process for the contract signature when there are a lot of people like last Saturday. My suggestion to improve and speed up your process: the person doing the registration on the computer should not go outside with the customer, instead he or she should give the signed contract to another employee. This way, he would be able to serve the next customer faster. Other than that, great service. Thanks!MARCEL M.
We booked our truck on the website almost 2 months prior to our moving day. It's only at 4pm the day before our rental that we got a call saying that you didn't have enough trucks available and that we would have to go pick up the truck at a different location and that we would have to drive it back to the same location instead of in our new city 1:30 from this location. We got a discount which we appreciate ... 200$ all included and now .. we have more fee to pay after we had to drive back and forth on our moving day to bring back the truck on time. I'm super disappointed. We booked with u haul because we thought it was a serious company with excellent service but it just made our moving day challenging. All the staff we talked to were very polite and professional. It's nothing against them at all. But the experience in general with Uhaul is not what I thought this company was about.Roxane C.

Promote more and make more user friendly the usage of vehicle rental by cell phone, especially when there is physical line ups to the counter. Should be a proposition done while they are waiting .Loumo B.
Waited in line for 15 mins to return the truck. Employees were huddling around talking to each other, ignoring customers. When I asked if someone could help us, one employee pointed to another and said " he will". The employee he pointed to was wandering around the backroom, and then his pizza arrived and he met with the pizza deliver man and only after I approached him didbhe reluctantly come outside to inspect the truck. Extemely rude. Once we opened the truck he noticed the blankets we rented weren't folded and ordered us to fold them or he would charge us extra. He then also said we didn't fill the tank up all the way back to where it was and rudely said he was going go charge us $27 more. I understand the rules and the rules, but after what we had been through with the truck when we picked it up, this left a terrible taste in our mouths. We also told us he didn't want to deal with us anymore and to get out. Shockingly disrespectful and aggressive. Again, from the broken truck to the mean, rude, and disrespectful customer service, I will NEVER rent from uhaul again. A disgrace of a company.Matthew L.
The staff working in this location was rude. Jean-Marc Laurin Pelletier was the clerk for my reservation. He has to understand his rights before being a clerk. Unless Uhaul g the right to their clerk to threaten the customer that he will cancel the contract and I must go to another branch.Neda G.
