Le temps d'attente pour avoir le camion était beaucoup trop long. J'ai attendu 1h avant d'être servie. Vous devriez avoir plus de personnel lors des périodes plus achalandées comme le mois de juillet. Je ne vais recommander à personne cet endroit de location.

Waiting time to get trailer was very long (almost 1 hour) even we had reservation before. It is not fault of the two guys at the counter. They are working very hard, but maybe you should have more personnel in the busy times.

1) Give a choice to answer in French to the survey 2) To bring back the truck, it was a way to long to know what to to... Ther was a long file of trucks outside, no indication of what to do. We took a chance to go inside and then had an answer. It would be efficient to have a kind of scanner and scan the contract paper when we arrive, at the end.

When making a reservation a week before I needed the truck I asked for a 26 foot and was told that U haul does not rent that size. When I arrived to pick up my 21 foot truck, there was 3 26 foot trucks parked on the lot. Better training for staff taking reservations might be helpful.

The cargo van I rented was dirty. There was garbage littered on the floor of the cab, including paper, scraps of paper and an empty disposable water bottle. i had submitted a photo at the time of pick-up. When I completed the pick-up process I went to the counter to obtain the key. The employee tried to make me wait in the long line-up. I told him I had only to show him the message on my phone to get the key. He insisted I wait in the line. I had to be sharp with him and indicate the message specified I needed to skip the line, until he finally gave me the key. Staff should be better trained about uHaul practices. I will not be renting from this location in the future.

My brother was suppose to pick up the truck for me on July 1st at 18h30. Unfortunately he couldnt make it. I had no one to help me. I asked Service Perfecto to help me. They went to pick up the truck for me but there was 10 people in front of them and time was ticking. There was only 20 minutes left before the U Haul was about to close. The Manager advise that this was illégal the réservation was under my name and that i needed to be there with my credit card information. I did call them 3 times to inform that i couldnt pick it up because i cant drive. I did told them service perfecto was going to pick it up. They put notes under my réservation and that there is no problem. I called three times to confirm even the day before. They advise it was ok but it wasnt..but anyways i asked the driver to come pick me up and that we would go there together to pick up the truck. We had a few minutes before the U Haul store close. When they came to pick me up we had 10 minutes left. The driver (Dominique Chevrier) was drunk and was driving crazy. We could of gotten into an accident. I have a broken hip for god saké i cannot get into an accident. I was flying all over the place when i was in the car. We got there 4 minutes before the store closes. While they were loading me they took sooooooo long. They took so many breaks in between smoking cigarettes drinking beer. They were actually sitting on my work chair drinking beer. I have proof i took pictures of it. One of my furniture was not easy to get through the door because it was Huge i get it. The mover was getting frustrated that he was going to break it he said. I was just trying to help him on how to get it through the door his answer to me was DO IT YOURSELF. I did not reply back to do that. They were arguing at some point. My best friend had to help him with it. Look i paid for a service why should i be told to do it myself. This is not ok. Beside he was talking to me so rude. This is not ok. Once we got to the new location. It was exactly 6 hours. My time was up. I did pay for 6 hours. I did call Service perfecto to advise i may need 8 hours not 6 hours. To move a 3 1/2 it takes 6 hours just to load not even un load. I paid to load and un load. This is crazy. So once we got there the guy was complaining that i should pay other wise they are not going to do their job. I told them that when i called Service perfecto they said let them finish up once they are done depending how many hours we took i would just paid them off. Thats all. They made such big deal out it. They were un loading until the elevator broke down (thats what they said) i was on my balcony the guy said Bad news your elevator broke down. Go fix it yourself. How am i suppose to fix the elevator. I had to call the lanlord to get it to fix. It was 4 in the Morning i had to call an old man he is 73 years old. Poor old man thank god he was not asleep. He told me that i would have to wait until 7 am in the morning on

when I cam, only 2 personne a first july were there. And it was taking 8min by client... I lost 30 min. You shoukd get more personal or at least a best systeme for register the clients

Dears, I had to wait 2 hours on a line-up to pick-up my booked truck online due lack of staff,which was very exhausting specially on a moving day.just for info I was on time at 10 am , it should take only 5 minutes as all info already in your system ( driving licence , credit card..etc..) Hope to take care of this matter to avoid bad service to your clients.....

On the day of 30th of June, with a reservation for a 20feet truck at 07:30am only one guy was on site to serve Us. I received my truck at 08:25 pm. 4 customers left the waiting line !

Camion en excellent état et bon prix. Service à la clientèle EXTRÊMEMENT lent. 1 personne devant moi et ça a pris presque 1 heure pour obtenir ET remettre le camion. Vous gagneriez beaucoup à engager des employés qui se préoccuppent du client.

The staff is very nice and helpful. Rated average for overall experience. Location is understaffed, and app for the online check-in save the wait is the worst..5 of us had to still wait 1 hr in line because although we had a check in confirmation, no truck number was given to us. Very frustrating and staff ends up paying the price

1) About 40 minutes to get out with truck using remote pickup. Instructions aren't detailed enough. And it takes too long to get approval from the US office (I'm in Canada). Ended up having to go inside and face long line up. So there wasn't any benefit. 2) Would much prefer the vehicles to be provided with full tank. That way, it's easy to return it full, and it's fair. By using a partially full tank, only U-Haul benefits from clients who have to overfill. Feels like a scam. 3) When returning the truck, the clerk was in plain clothes (t-shirt and shorts). No sign that he was an actual employee. It created a awkward situation. At the very least, give your staff U-Haul hats or some sort of ID pinned to their shirt.

We had a lot of issues with your company, it was the last time you use your services. We wait an hour and half after our reservation's time to get the truck. We had difficulties to give back the truck at 8 pm, we didn't found the orange's box to put the key

This location has serious business management issues and the stuff should be trained properly. AT THE PICK SEASON FOR THIS COMPANY THE MANAGER IS NOT PRESENT.
