Fix's the trucks from leaking when it rains or snows ruining our stuff
Make sure the lot is salted. I fell and hurt myself right in front of the trucks. I was on the phone with 1 of the representatives when it happened. It was a very bad experience.
Nothing ..we love the lady we do buisness with when we come in she is such a wonderful person and very polite to me and my husband
We dropped off after hours and we were very unsure about where to park the truck. A designated area or sign would have been helpful.
The mobile pickup took forever to get approved. When I finally got the truck, none of the extra equipment I ordered was with the truck.
Oil change needed according to truck as well as it seemed to take longer than usual to use truck share (35 minutes waited)
The unit wasn't available in our town but we weren't informed of this until the day before so we had to drive an extra hour to pick it up. Which would have been okay but they are in a different time zone we had two less hours on our time plus extra miles on our car to pick up the unit. I feel like we should have been compensated on our invoice for those hours and personal mileage.
Well other than not contacting me less than 24 hrs prior to pick up of a one way rental advising me that the truck is not available at the prearranged location due to the only qualified person at that location going on vacation. And telling me that I have to drive all the way to my original drop off location pick up the truck, drive back to the original pick up location, load/move. Then drive back to the original drop off location after. Adding at least 90 mins and 60 miles to my already long day. And when asked if I would receive any compensation for the additional time,miles and gas, the Uhaul rep on the phone says, well give you a few miles, but there is nothing else that can be done. When asked about waving the cost of the 12 furniture? The lady on the phone says, no and tells me if i don't like the new terms I can choose to call around on my own to locate a truck or new company to use. Well needless to say with less than a day's, notice I was stuck taking the new terms. The final kick in the pants, had to be when Had I done a day rental from knox returning to Knox it would have cost me less money than the new term plan presented by Uhaul rep on phone. So in short, i paid more, drove more, used more gas, and it took longer all because Uhaul representative did not honor the original terms of the one way rental. The only saving grace in the entire experience is that the representative at the knox location where I picked up and dropped off was very pleasant and had a positive attitude. I guess the old saying is true, its easy to be rude to a person when on the phone, and hard to be rude face to face.
People at this destination was very friendly & professional. No waits no problems.

After registering online for safety due to corona virus, I stood in the buidling for an hour waiting for a reciept while they had technical issues. What was the point of doing all that on line. Truck was dirty on the inside, had to go home and clean it. Didn't want to drive it all the way back to Colorado.
Everything was fantastic. Deb was fantastic I would highly recommend her and her company to rent a truck. Thanks U-Haul for everything.

Probably could use some kind of signage on the main highway to let people know where you are.
The tow dolly strap on the left side was defective, would not stay tight, we nearly lost the car twice, had to stop and call for someone to bring us some straps to hold the car down, increasing our delivery time more than double the time. Would never rent one again.
I had trouble with the web site. Even after talking with customer service it took over 45 minutes for me to get the truck and leave
Scroll letters on word lock were frozen as well as the box itself. Had to leave to get lock de icer but reservation time deducted from 10:30 instead of when I actually got my key out... so I was hugely rushed. Then it was advertised with ramps but no ramps which made it very hard to move the piano which was a main reason for renting. Overall negative experience for the money
