The lady was so wonderful and nice that took care of me. Very clean! It drove and rode nice. It had awesome gas mileage. I was very pleased with the u-haul I rented. I would definitely go here then anywhere else. Good price for moving needs.

Took 2 hours waiting in the near 90° heat, full sun, to complete the online process. Tech tried it herself many ties with the same failures we encountered. Waited at least 30 minutes for a manager to respond and that person was as helpful as a sand burr. 100% a uhaul screw up, but hey, we get a $50 refund....AFTER charging us and extra $16 for going over mileage. Do not use the after hours app!!!! Only rent when you can do counter service.

Daniel kEasy access and the associate was very helpful going over the agreement and walked me around the truck for the visual part of the pre-rental inspection of the truck. She noted all damage from previous renters to protect me from being possibly being charged with the damage. Yes I would use their facility again in the future.
